Nope, nothing yet. If there is a mid-month update to introduce the numbers, we wouldn't likely see them.
Asking my dealer today if they received any Accords and what the pricing is. I did see another local dealer discounting the Touring 1.5T as much as $3000!
Not sure this is the BEST place for this question, but here goes. I am turning in a 2015 Accord at the end of its 36 month lease in early November. No new lease. Is there a usual turn-in fee? If so, how much? The car has been inspected, and is within the $500 waiver. Thank you for your help!

I'm a bargain shopper but am new to leasing. Have just been adding the monthly payments over 36 months and adding the drive off down payment price to get a total over the 36 months to consider if a deal is good or not. (not sure if that's a great way of doing it) With that being said was made an offer earlier in the month for a 2017 accord sport se 36/12k 2,500 down and 215 a month. If the numbers michaell quoted above are now mf .00059 rv 53% and $3100 incentives is this a strong deal? Was going to say 500 down $250 a month that’s with everything included... any opinions know the 2018s are hitting the lots and dealer still has 4 to 5 of the cars that I’m looking at?

Unfortunately, FL is known for high dealer doc fees. Using the numbers you provide, that is a terrible lease deal on an LX. To give you an idea, here in CA, folks lease LX’s for somewhere around 200 incl tax or less with very little due at signing. Depending on remaining inventory, you should be able to do much better than you’ve been quoted.

If you’re paying nothing up front, only the payment should be taxed. Some states assess tax on anything considered a rebate - I’m not sure how FL works. That $1315 tax figure you show doesn’t seem right for a lease.

The sales tax they list is irrelevant. Monthly payment is taxed, but also, any taxable amounts paid upfront are taxed upfront. As of today, residual has dropped by 1%, but incentives are up by $150. That $799 dealer fee isn't helping any. This seems like a lot for an LX.
