    Hi, I'm looking at the 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6R Touring in Houston Texas. What are the residual value and money factor for this area? This would be for a 36 month 10K mile lease. Any suggestions for how much below sticker price I should try to negotiate? Haven't gotten a firm quote yet from the dealer yet, so just wondering how hard to haggle with them. Thank you!

    Without all the information, we can only guess as to how good or bad the offer is.

    I wouldn't sign anything until you have a full understanding of the numbers involved. If the dealer doesn't want to share, that tells me you should find another dealer.

    From numbers I just got from a dealer, it looks like the 2018 3.6r Limited with Eyesight has a RV of 61% and MF of .0011 for 36/15k. Take these with a grain of salt obviously until we get real numbers. I was hoping the numbers would be more in our favor after Outback sales were down compared to October 2016 (by 12%). Limited 2.5i was 60% and same MF.

    Thanks for sharing; be advised that the Subaru dealer can mark up the MF as much as .00050.

    I'd check with other Subaru dealers to see if you get a consistent answer.

    I was wondering how Subaru handles a one-pay lease. I would like to prepay a 36/10 Outback Limited w/Eyesight lease.

    BYW, is the residual for the obove still 38%?

    0% on the new, redesigned 2018? Wow. Wish I were in the market now. We're paying 1.9% on our 2015 Outback 3.6R. 0% would have saved me about $35-40/mo on the payment.

    2.5 or 3.6 engine?
    No 38% residuals for Subaru for 36/10

    There is a one-pay lease program. It works pretty much like all other single pay leases. The payments are calculated with a reduced money factor, and the payments are added together for the one-pay lease amount. We don't know what the money factor reduction amount is, however.

    It's MSRP is $27,995 / with packages and stuff $31,370. DEST & Delivery = $915.
