    That MF is good for tiers 1-3 (710 or higher).

    .00245 for 660-709

    No lease cash on the 2018's - Honda is focusing on clearing out the 2017 inventory at the moment.

    looking for current 3/36 for 17 civic ex-t sedan cvt. 
    Mf for tier 1 and what tier 692 falls Into. Any additional lease cash?

    additionally, was this changed as of oct 1st from sep offers

    My local dealer still has new 2016 civic coupes on the lot. What would the MF and residual be on a LX 36/10? Is the residual based on MSRP (before negotiated price)?

    Hard to say when the numbers will change for the 2018 Civic. Depends on how much 2017 inventory there is left to move.

    Are there any substantial differences in the 2018 that would cause you to dismiss the 2017 from consideration?

    I agree with the math on the worksheet; the only way to improve upon it is to get a better discount from sticker.

    will be doing 3yr/15k Civic EX Hatchback within the next 35 days, any sense of timing for changes in MF and residual?
    these are currently .00200 MF and 59% residual for 15k on ex hatch? Please advise.

    Doesn't mean they can't change them, next month.
