    I am looking to lease a 2018 Camry LE for 36/12k. The car has a MSRP of 25,119, I am currently being quoted a price of 21,500 (prior to 1750 LE lease incentive) by multiple dealers through their internet departments. Would it be reasonable to shoot for a price of 20,600 (prior to the application of the incentive)?

    beware high doc fees as those prices are already too low (14.6% below msrp)

    I'm in Washington DC. For an 2018 XLE at 36/12, I have a dealer at sales price of 25207 (MSRP: 29688). He's quoting me $319/mo, whereas I get $289/mo by my calculation. Any idea why our prices are off? (And is this a good deal?)

    I'm confused by that screen shot - the residual is a full percentage of the MSRP, but in this case, it looks to be 53.84%. 36/12 on the XLE is 54%

    However, the base MF is .00001 - this sheet shows the MF as .00100.

    I'd confirm both the MF used and the residual.

    FWIW, I'm getting a payment of $328/mo, before tax, with those figures.

    Nothing - I'm now getting $285/mo before tax, so we are getting closer. Here is my screen shot of the calculations.

    Why is the cap reduction such an odd amount?

    I'm in the ballpark, depending on what the net cap cost is.

    Hi Michaell, thanks for the fast reply ! There was a lot of back and forth and negotiations got a little messy. Hence the weird cap cost reduction. Gross Cap Cost was $29,422.62 (27,473.22 Cap Cost plus tax/title/acquisition fee/tire fee/doc fee)

    If you're comfortable with the negotiated selling price, I don't see any red flags.
