Do you have lease details for the 2018 FWD Titanium model (78701, 36/15)? And the engine doesn't affect it, does it? There aren't a lot available with the features I want that don't have the 2.0L motor. Does the residual change for the 4WD Titanium? Thank you for all the help!

Was anyone else here shocked to see a $395 Disposition fee? It's a fee you have to pay to Ford Credit if you do not purchase your vehicle at the end of the lease.

Nope - every lease has one of these, regardless of the brand.

Some have also added a purchase fee - which you pay if you do buy the car at the end of the lease.

We do not have the incentive information for NE, so $3000 could be the correct amount.

Not sure of Ford's fee. Somewhere around $600.

Most makes will waive disposition fees on the old lease, but haven't heard of any waiving the acquisition fee.

I don't have your region to say for sure, but the it's most likely 1.25% APR, which would be .00052 MF

With the dealer's numbers, I get $439/mo.+tax, assuming the adjusted CAP is $35151 minus $2500.
You don't say how much is due at signing, but that doesn't make $478/mo. out of range.

If I'm right about the base MF, that only drops the payment by $16/mo.+tax.

To get a lower payment, you need a lower selling price (in addition to the base money factor).
Either way, not the cheapest vehicle to lease. Hard to make up for a 49% residual

Yes, the lease cash is similar to a customer rebate - negotiate your best price, then deduct the incentive.
