    Thanks to the help of everyone in this forum and especially @Michaell and @kyfdx

    I wanted to post my deal in Michigan as a thank you and for others to compare. $530 down (including 1st month payment) and $521/month for 36 month lease and 10K miles per year. To my surprise, Acura rolls over un-used miles from previous Acura lease so I was able to carry over miles from previous lease.

    Looking at leasing the Acura MDX SH-AWD. The pricing i got so far in NJ.

    MSRP: $46,200

    $449 a month
    2k Down ( Covers everything)
    36M/10k

    Is this a good deal or do i still have room to bargain. Also is it a bad idea to buy a car after leasing it?

    This is all New to me, I didn't get those numbers. Let me see if they can give them to me. It was for the base Model with AWD.

    471.97 - taxes and fees rolled in

    They wont tell me the Adjusted Cap cost when i ask for it, just the selling price. Good Deal, bad deal...

    That's $1800 over the sale price + your $1500 upfront = $3300.

    Let's add it up.

    $400 NJ DMV fees (est)
    $400 dealer fee (est)
    $1000 tax (est)

    That's $2867. About $450 short.
    Of course, some of that is estimated and guessing.
    If they gave you the actual adjusted CAP cost and an accounting, you'd know what else they might be throwing in. (or, if my numbers are just wrong)

    Can’t get final price but msrp 49,600 ( 2018 mdx fwd tech)
    negotiated down to 43,600 they added 595,599,100, etc fees ( total of $1600) 
    2600 dealer incentive. 

    I have to pay .20 per mile on my current mdx that I am over minus 7500mi forgiveness which is $3200 (16k miles )

    othewise yes no money down and now they dropped it to 580/mo

    current lease is 530/mo for 2015 mdx tech/adv
