Also, in reading other posts, why does Ford add 1% for 10,500 miles vs 12K - seems weird that they would charge a higher apr for getting less miles - am I reading that correctly? Thanks!

Ford adds 1% to the residual for 10.5K/yr vs. 12K/yr.

APRs only change with lease term.

With thanks, tomorrow I am signing a lease for $469 a month for edge titanium 301A plus cold weather, fancy wheels and towing under the following terms thanks to you guys!

For some reason however, I am told there is no $750 Loyalty Cash for current ford leseees on “this car” - I am already leasing a 2017 explorer - true or should I be getting another $750
off?

Update - had to ask, but got the $750 Loyalty Cash, plus had a $500 certificate for my address - down to $393 a month with $0 OOP - thanks guys!

Final update with thanks - while I got all
of the rebates and incentivea listed above (LESSON: always ask for more), it turns out the sales team DOUBLED them by mistake in the deal! How’s that! In the finance office, was told “we can’t make this deal at $393; the number is $513.” When I got up to walk out, hilarity ensued with dealership staff “discussing” and they made original deal at $469. Still a screaming deal! Thank again fellas!!!

Indeed. They had to reduce the sales price by additional $4000 to get me back to the original number of $469. In all, sales price of car was 24% below MSRP. The general manager said “you know more about the facts and figures than most of my guys here. Do you want to job?“ I responded, “all they need to do is log on to Edmunds and askthe car guys. That’s where I got all this information from“.
