Need a little help wrapping my head around a 36/10 lease offer for a 2018 CLA 250 in Tampa, FL.
This is what their quote says: MSRP: $39,450 Discount: $4,500 (11.4%) Sale Price: $35,450 Tax: $287.54 (Not sure what this is calculated from. Florida has 6% Sales tax and my county has an additional 1% up to $5000) Tag and Title Fees: $266.50 Pre-Delivery Charge: =$799 (Can this be negotiated off?) Total: $37,398.04 (This is $1,095 more than the above numbers. I assume this is the Acquisition Fee?)
For that, with $3000 down, they're saying $384/month. He told me that the $3000 is the "out-the-door" cost.
To me, this deal seems okay. They're probably marking up the MF (My calculation shows .00034 MF) but the 11% discount on MSRP seems nice. If I use the base rate of 0.00014 and a 7% discount I get ~$2,600 down for $384/mo. Thoughts?

.00014 MF and 57% residual Upfront tax would be for taxable items paid upfront. Like the acquisition fee and any CAP cost reduction. Sort of looks like they are charging you tax on the whole $3000, which doesn't seem exactly right, but I'm not a sales tax expert.
The $799 is a garbage fee. Not worth negotiating that directly, unless you like hearing dealership employees lie. Just adjust your offer to account for it.
$39450 minus $4500 discount doesn't equal $35450. Is the MSRP, the discount or the Sale price wrong? The base acquisition fee is $795. They've probably marked it up the max to $1095.

Sorry, I meant $34,950 for the selling price - I typed it wrong. Does the deal overall seem decent, even though they're probably marking up the MF?

If I subtract $2600 from their price, I get $350/mo.+tax, or about $375/mo. (so, $3000 upfront, with the first payment).
Could you please tell me MF + residual for 2018 CLA45 in Southern CA / Central CA for 30, 36, and 39 months at 7,500 and 10K miles?
Also, you guys don't ever have incentive or rebate info, do you? If not, do you at least know if Mercedes has stopped doing much incentives or rebates? I can't find anything for current ones online and 3 years ago when I leased my last vehicle there were tons, so thinking I missed some big change with MBFS offers or something, especially considering residuals seems to be 10%+ lower than what they were the last time I leased.

Just saw this site. Looks way better than LeaseHackr.
I'm looking to get a CLA and I keep offering everyone $300/month including tax, $2000 down to cover everything out the door for 10k miles 36 months.
Seems from what I've called in and offered, this is too low?
I don't understand these MF terms or anything. Can someone just suggest me what price range car needs to be to be this price?
(ALSO I got offered a C300 for about $350/month with $2000 down. Basic $40K MSRP...was just over my budget but was obviously a steal- so i know i should be able to get cla at 300)

FWD or 4Matic?
What state is this?
What do you think the $2000 should cover?
Don't just blindly start making offers without understanding what you're doing.
Try this link to get you started; there are some good articles that will de-mystify what leasing is all about.

what would the MF and residual be for 15k/36 months and the zip code is 30301.
I have built the car I wanted online, and wanted to ensure that I am getting the best deal. What should I be looking at for a percentage off? The price I got for the car is 39440. Are their any incentives that I could get?

Is it possible by looking at this numbers that I would be able to get 0.0014 MF Does this go based on Credit score? And we should be looking for an acquisition fee of $795? Based on my numbers in the deal how much percent am I getting off the the MSRP for it being a loaner car?

Yes, the .00014 is for top tier credit
Yes, either push to reduce the acquisition fee (or the selling price) by $300
I don't see a selling price listed on that sheet - if the "INITIAL CAP COST" is the selling price, then about 14% off sticker.

.00014 is the base rate for top tier credit. It's likely the dealer is marking up your rate for extra profit. Doubtful that it is credit related.
The base acquisition fee is $795. The dealer has marked it up to $1095 for extra profit. (the $1175 fee number is $1095 acquisition + $80 doc fee)
Your sale price is about 14% off MSRP, but you'd have to know the selling price of a new one, to know how much lower you are getting, due to loaner status.
I’m now getting a cap cost of 31,659.43 with MF 0.00014, $2800 due at signing with 58% residual for payments monthly payments $323.05 with tax for 7.5k. MSRP is 37,400 acq fee cant be 795 but they reduced “$300 off the car.” Selling price is $32,991 on the website.
The cap cost was $600 (pictured above says $31,086.95) or so lower on a 0.00054 MF. Seems a little off to me still.

Seems like they raised the price of the car, when they took off the money factor markup. Looks like $7.69/mo less
If they had just lowered the money factor, your price would have gone down by $23/mo.
It looks like that’s what they did exactly, would I be too pushy to press for the initial cap cost with the money factor at 0.0014? Or take the deal above?

Never hurts to try. You only lease a car every three years. It's not like this is the barista at Starbucks, that you see every day. You can afford to be pushy.

This is what their quote says:
MSRP: $39,450
Discount: $4,500 (11.4%)
Sale Price: $35,450
Tax: $287.54 (Not sure what this is calculated from. Florida has 6% Sales tax and my county has an additional 1% up to $5000)
Tag and Title Fees: $266.50
Pre-Delivery Charge: =$799 (Can this be negotiated off?)
Total: $37,398.04 (This is $1,095 more than the above numbers. I assume this is the Acquisition Fee?)
For that, with $3000 down, they're saying $384/month. He told me that the $3000 is the "out-the-door" cost.

Upfront tax would be for taxable items paid upfront.
