On the Red Sport, should I expect around 6% (and hope for 8%) discount before the lease cash? Looking at $57k sticker, about $8,500 to $10k total discount?

I think if you find the right dealer you can get 20% off sticker. I'm signing on a red sport on Friday MSRP 59275 sales price 47350 so that's almost 12k off sticker, a bit more than 20% off. With the new incentives and the 19s coming soon I imagine dealers will be willing to discount a bit.

Dear Mods: Please let me know if I should move this post. I couldn't find another place where it obviously made sense, and the answer may actually help some of you.
Do loyalty offers increase as you get closer your turn-in date?
Backstory: Infiniti offered me ~$5,800 toward a new car. I'm mulling a deal for a 2018 Red Sport. My loyalty discount letter mentioned that I had 1 payment left. I guess I paid it after the letter was sent. When my dealer was putting together my offer last week, he realized that my offer assumed I had a payment remaining. He was able to knock about $11 off the payment. I guess they deducted any remaining payments from the bonus I was due. This particular offer expires at the end of July but Infiniti was clear about giving me special pricing through August (my turn-in date is September 10) in other communications.
Should I expect Infiniti to bump their loyalty offer over the $6200+ it currently is for next month? That number sounds more than fair, and even a little aggressive, but this is my first time leasing.
I'm leaning toward not waiting since they have a Red Sport specced out how I want it, but I'm curious.

That isn't a loyalty offer, other than covering your remaining payment(s) $5400 is the current Infiniti-to-dealer incentive on the RedSport, for anyone.

MF, Residual, incentives for Q50 RedSport 400 RWD 39/10 or 39/12 in 95051 for July? Please. Thank you!
39/12: .00003 MF and 48% residual
No incentive info, yet.
Thank you! A dealer quoted me a lease yesterday with the above MF and residual. They discounted the car by $10k for a total of $45,997 which included the sensory package but with the residual being so low, the payment was mid $500. I think I’ll wait.
If they discounted by that much, there is definitely an incentive involved.
I think so as well. Do you think residuals will continue to fall? What are your thoughts on this deal? Final payment with tax was $554. Seems too high compared to what I have seen but it’s really due to the residual.
I don't know what will happen, and that's not enough detail for me to comment on price.
For the $554 payment, it was a $1,250 total due at signing which consisted of $700 acquisition fee and first months payment. Given this, what do you think. In previous months I have seen lease payments sub $500 with $0 down but residuals were higher.
What is the MSRP?
What is your tax rate?
MSRP $56,050. Tax is 8.25%
That looks like a good deal.
I have an appointment scheduled next week to get this Redsport. They are still offering this deal. Is there any new info such as incentives that should have them sharpen their pencils a little more. Or is this deal still look good? Thank you in advance for your guidance.

The incentive is $5400. But, I don't think that's a change.. we just didn't have the information, before.
I don’t have the documentation yet but verbally committed to the following: Q50RS AWD in CT (7.75% tax); 39/10 MSRP $57,980 No cap cost reduction, only first month at signing $538 per month I believe total discount is close to 17%, including lease cash

I was content with this deal until I went onto InfinitiQ50.org - many users are stating that an RS can be had for well under $500. I assume it must be regional supply and demand as I can't get close to mid $400s in New England. Which would translate to over 20% discount for my referenced vehicle.

Ha, too late for that. Sales rep is a great guy, understood my concern. I still have a few months remaining on my current lease so can be patient, although very difficult once the car shopping begins!
It's a new month and hopefully, we have some new incentives! Mods, can you please let me know what the Money Factor, Residual and any lease incentives for a 2018 Red Sport and Silver Sport 36/39 month lease with 15k annual miles are for 20850, 66314 and 30320.
