    One one other tidbit ... for sport S, MRM is $40.9k which effects payment quite a bit as well if Msrp is above that (I was targeting a ~ $43.5k Msrp)

    Looks like things are not great. I was quoted the following on a JLU Sport S 36/12 - >

    Chrysler Capital - 68% (ouch) .00193 no aqc

    Ally - 76% .03125 (7.5% ouch) no acq

    Payment was about the same with either.

    Looking for RV and MF for 36 month/12,000 mile lease for 2018 JK Oscar Mike Edition.  Negotiated Price is $38,390. I think sticker was about $41,000.  Zip is 60201.

    Dealer quoted RV of 65% and a MF .00216.  Lease payment with $1000 down and taxes rolled is $548.  Not sure if this is a good deal so thoughts are appreciated.

    I think the "Oscar Mike" thing is just a badge they put on it.

    Thanks. I'm a little frustrated with this dealer. They based the .65 RV off of the sales price of the vehicle - not the MSRP which I think is very shady. They were also very reluctant to share their MF and RV and kept asking me "where do you want to be at?" . I kept telling them that I understood how lease payments work and they aren't arbitrary and that I would like them to 'show their work.' Based on my calculations, they're about $130/month too high.

    Dealer cannot mess with the residual - it is always calculated against the MSRP.

    Unless, of course, the MSRP and the selling price are the same. In which case, ouch.

    Find another dealer - this one seems to be stuck in the 90's.
