    the dealer here in AZ sent me the following info for 2018 / 2019 T5 Mom xc90 36/12

    2019 new 
    .00209 MF amd 63% RV
    no incentives 

    compared to

    2018 (new)
    .00171 MF amd 55% RV 
    with $2,000 lease cash incentive and $1,000 conquest for coming from BMW. 

    What do you show? Obviously these MF quotes seem marked up a lot.

    @Michaell This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I have a few general newbies questions I am hoping you can assist me with:

    1. What is a realistic discount/adjusted sales price (below MSRP) that can be realistically achieved from what you guys have seen on 2019 XC60s? Looking at a FWD RDES or MOM

    2. I saw an example someone previously posted from Oct 30 that showed their mo payment actually increasing from 36 mo to 39 mo. Is there a reason a 39 mo term would be less advantageous than a 36 mo term?

    3. What is Volvo's standard Acquisition Fee? Is there a standard Doc Fee on top of this as well or is that dealer by dealer?

    4. When the dealer quotes a higher MF than what Volvo is using, is there an easy formula to use to see how much this increases a mo payment?

    2. It all depends on the MF and residuals; sometimes the banks will jiggle the numbers to make 39 months cheaper (or 27 months, or 42 months)
    3. $695 Acquisition Fee, though dealer can mark it up to $995. Doc fee is dealer imposed, and sort of dependent on where you live. What state?

    Can you remind me how the T8 $5002 non-cash credit works? I assume it comes in the form of a tax credit when I file my income taxes. But it would be great if it could be used to reduce the initial cost of the vehicle instead...

    It's a customer rebate, applied as a CAP cost reduction.
    Not a tax credit.

    But, it is subject to sales tax, in most states.
