Hi, what is the residual value, Mf, and lease incentives on the 2019 Civic hatchback LX w/Honda Sensing (1.5L 4-cyl. Turbo CVT Automatic) for 24 and 36 months at 10k per year, 750+ credit in New York/New Jersey area?

No 10K available from Honda; 36/12 numbers are as follows:
.00178 and 65% / 60% $1000 lease cash I think all 2019 Civics come with HS
Hello. What are the residuals, MFs and incentives on a 2019 Civic Sedan Sport/EX/EX-L? Will be going 3 years, 15k miles per year. Zip code 07054. Thank you in advance.

Also they are offering through Honda financial 36/10 67 residual
It's possible that you might have to make a security deposit to get that rate. Otherwise, .00250. Anything higher than that would be the dealer marking up the rate for extra profit.

Looking to lease a Civic Coupe for my 16 year old. Dealer has a 2018 listed at 22,045 MSRP. Will discount $700, so adjusted price is $21,345. After tags, title, doc fee, etc, out the door price is $22,702.94.
With this price, dealer is showing a $329 monthly payment with 1,092.28 downpayment. This is on a 36 month lease at 12k miles per year.
This seems very high. Can you let me know where this should be at highest credit rating?

Michaell, Thank you so much for helping each of us with our questions regarding leasing a Honda civic. Is there a forum for people who are in the process of negotiating the final lease terms where you can post the actual paperwork to have it assessed by experts. I have negotiated a sales price and a trade-in price on my vehicle. iI seems very confusing to me the way the dealership has sent the numbers back to me and I would like somebody to look at the particulars. I could use a few pointers.
2019 Civic Hatchback 1.5T EX 36 month/12k lease numbers if possible.
Lease cash/rebates Residual. Money factor.
Zip code 29926
I also have a trade I am getting $2,800 for it, any suggestions how to factor the trade in money into the equation?
thank you!
Finally, do you see any remarkable deal potential in other 19 Hatchback models with very high residual value?
.00178 MF and 62% residual $1000 incentive
The EX and Sport trims have the best residuals for the Civic. The Impreza hatch has pretty good residuals, but no higher than the Civic.
Don't factor in the trade money. Negotiate your deal as though you didn't have a trade. Subtract the Due at Signing amount from the $2800, and have them cut you a check for the rest.

You can post it right here. Just black out any personal information.
I negotiated a price of $22,500 out the door. And $2,800 for my ugly-high mile trade in—much more than it is worth. The numbers above do not seem to reflect the $1,000 incentive or the price I negotiated for the vehicle. I did get the $750 holiday cash, for current Honda leasee’s with a lease ending in the next 6 months. Any suggestions in moving forward from here would be greatly appreciated.

The $1000 incentive is Honda-to-dealer, so would be part of the purchase price.
Not sure what your definition is of "out the door", but it appears they gave you a price of $23,247 minus the $750 holiday rebate, so that is about $22,500.
Still have acquisition fee, tax, dealer fee and license fee on top of that (another $1500).
MSRP = $24645?
Price of $23,247 before rebate is a discount of $1398. Considering the $1000 dealer incentive, that's an additional discount from the dealer of about $400.
Naturally, the payment calculation is correct, to the penny.
Sorry, maybe this is because I'm a first time lessee - what kind of room is there to negotiate against the standard Honda deal for the Civic LX (2199 due, $199/mo)? I'm referencing this.
Are we able to still negotiate the cap cost down? Dealers are telling me "I'll get pretty much the same deal everywhere," but I'm guessing that's just a sales tactic

Do you want a 2019 LX coupe?
.00178 MF and 59% residual $1600 incentive
To give you that deal, the dealer only has to knock off an extra $535, on top of the $1600 incentive, so you might be able to beat it.
Of course you'll have $320 of DMV/doc fees, $190 of upfront tax on your downpayment, and then $19/mo.. of tax on the payment.
By the time you get done, the advertised deal will be $2700 upfront and $218/mo., but you should be able to beat that by $500 or so.
Looking at a 2019 Civic SI Coupe in 33625 zip code (Florida). Would love to know the MF, residual %, and lease incentive amount. Also, looking to put $0 down with great credit. Last question: when you negotiate a lower price on the car, is that like taking the money from the down payment? Or is there a more subtle effect? Thanks again!

Not sure I understand your question.
When you negotiate a reduction from MSRP, it lowers your cost, dollar for dollar, just like a purchase.

Thank you for the reply! So these numbers above translate to a lease of $219 for 36 months with $2,999 down. So if i negotiate a $1,000 off the purchase price (on top of the $800), then would it equate to $219 with $1,999 down?

What is the MSRP?
If you are looking at an advertisement, it likely already assumes some sort of dealer discount.

It does (from Honda's website), around the $800 you mentioned: MSRP: $25,195.00, Cap Cost: $21,370.36. With the $2,999 down payment, that's $24,369.36, which is $825.64 less than MSRP. Am I doing the math right? BTW, the residual is $15,872.85, which I calc as 63% of MSRP. Again, please check my math. Again, Thank you!!!
“Don't factor in the trade money. Negotiate your deal as though you didn't have a trade. Subtract the Due at Signing amount from the $2800, and have them cut you a check for the rest.”
Could you give me your rational for making this decision, I’m not sure I follow the logic...
Again, much thanks for your help, it’s appreciated!

That is incorrect.
The $2999 is considered down payment (cap reduction is lease-speak), and is separate from "dealer contribution" (aka discount from sticker).
The residual is as you've calculated - percentage of MSRP.
