    We are considering a new Atlas, but without great lease support, we're thinking about pivoting to a 2018 Tiguan SEL AWD. Can you please let me know if this is a good deal? We like the payment, but want to make sure that we have a good deal. Also, if you can explain what line 18 is referencing? I thought that was collected as part of the lease payment. Thanks in advance.

    Working cash would be different if there was a rebate, or if the customer didn't want to pay anything upfront.

    In this case, $875 due at signing, and $875 paid, no rebates, so working cash is the same number.

    Everything looks good. The tax line is indeed just informational.

    I know I am late but I wanted to share some details about a deal I signed last month (Jan).

    2018 VW Tiguan SEL Premium
    MSRP: $39,510
    Rebates: $1500 (regional), $500 (additional dealer), $500 (partner) = $2,500
    Additional discount: about 13% from sticker (~$5,000)
    Sales price: $31,870
    12k/36 months = first month out of pocket and monthly payments of $333 including tax.

    I am really pleased with this deal and again thank you for your help.
