Hi guys, new here, and this is my first lease ever potentially. Looking for residual and MF on 36 month / 12k miles Volkswagen Atlas 3.6L V6 SE w/Technology R-Line 4MOTION SUV zip code 46236
and SE 4Motion AWD with Technology same zip code please.
.00138 MF and 55% residual $750 Memorial Day bonus SE/Tech: $1675 dealer lease cash SE/Tech/Rline: $2225 dealer lease cash
I realized from a poster after me that some areas of Maryland have better incentives for the SEL 4Motion (36/12) than the dealers in the DC/MD area. Roughly $1000 better. As there are many dealers between DC and Baltimore, is there a quick way to find out which dealers have the better incentives or do I need to provide zip codes?
There are roughly 6 dealers which fall b/t the cities - or could reasonably be considered to be in either market. I'm sure you don't want all six zip codes.
I got a quote from another deal in the Altas SEL Premium (attached). I don't recognize some of the fees, such as the tire fee, and haven't seen them included in quotes by other dealers. Others have only included Government Fees, Dock Fees, and Acquisition Fees.
Are these fees normal? Can the dealer typically waives these fees, including the Government Fees, Dock Fees, and Acquisition Fees? Thanks.

Those are the normal government fees. They've just broken them down.

Do you have any suggestions for improving this deal?
Based on an earlier post in this thread, I had explained to the sales rep that we needed to start the negotiates off of the invoice price as opposed to the MSRP. It looks like they are using the MSRP even though they are calling it the "market value selling price". I used Edmunds to see look up the MSRP, invoice, and True Car Value prices for the Atlas SEL Premium. The MSRP is $51,450, the invoice price is about $49,450, and the True Car Value price is about $47,450. Is the only way to improve this deal is to convince the sales rep that we need to start with the invoice price (or True Care Value, though this seems like a tougher sell) and then take the discount and rebate off the invoice price?
I am still having a hard time deciding between the Kia Telluride and the different Atlas trim levels.
Would you please provide MF, ,Res and any incentives on the 2019 ATLAS V6 SE with Technology, FWD, 36 months / 15k miles in 33175? Please also give the numbers to the 2019 ATLAS V6 SE without the tech package FWD, 36 months / 15k miles in 33175, thank you.

The price they've given is already $1500 under TrueCar and $3500 under invoice. What would "starting at invoice" achieve?
If you want to offer less, offer less. But, when you "start at invoice", the discount is likely to be less. That offer is in real American dollars, which is good, because you'll have to make the payments in the same currency.

I suggest to call/contact as many dealers as you can to see how much below invoice they can let go considering all this kno

Just wanted to thank you guys for your help. I ended up leasing a 2019 Atlas SE w/ Technology 4MOTION AWD. Captains Chair and Towing package on a MF of .00138 and residual of 55% with MSRP of $42,515, capitalized cost of $35,900, no money down.

Hoping to receive the MF, RV on 36/10K as well as current incentives (and expiration) in 21009 (Maryland) for the following 2019 VW ATLAS Trims:
1) V6 SE w/ TECH & 4MOTION 2) V6 SE w/ TECH & 4MOTION R-Line 3) V6 SEL w/ 4MOTION 4) V6 SEL w/ 4MOTION R-Line
Thanks,

$2375 dealer lease cash $2925 $1300 $1875
Supposedly, programs expire on 05/31
Thanks for the reply. I was in a local dealer last night and was told I could not use both the VW Manufacturer's Dealer Lease Cash Incentive (numbers provided above) and my USAA Member Pricing Discount nor that I was allowed to stack the $500 Military Incentive with the $750 Memorial Day Incentive. Thoughts?
Also, I just noticed that the advertised $0 lease deals on VWs website, which expire 31 MAY, are all for 39mo and 32,500 Miles (so still 10K miles/yr). How does this change the MF and RV from a 36/10 lease?
I ask because my quote for an ATLAS V6 SE w/ TECH 4MOTION at 36/10 was $716, not the advertised $449 for 39mo. *the MSRP of the vehicle we were quoted was $43,320 and not $41,085 (a $2,235 increase over the advertised special on VWs web site) and the quote includes 6% MD Tax but that should be an approximate ~$80/mo difference -- not ~$260/mo. FWIW, this quote is from the same dealer who told me I can't use the USAA Discount with the VW Incentives.

Thanks again,
39/10 residual is 2% less than 36/10 residual.
We don't have any insight on USAA incentives, and whether they are compatible with the VW incentives; have you checked with a second dealer?
Same with the Military and Memorial Day incentives - check with another dealer. I would think they should stack.
MD taxes the entire selling price; If the selling price is $39,000 (guess on my part), then the tax will add about $60/mo. The difference in MSRP adds another $30/mo, roughly.
Still, nowhere close to the $260/mo difference from your quote. Dealer has a lot of explaining to do.
Or, you can walk away and try again with another dealer.
Hi What is the residual, money factor and dealer incentives (dealer cash) for zip code 60156 Atlas SE with Tech 4motion 39/12 & 48/12 Atlas SEL with 4motion 39/12 & 48/12
Hi What is the residual, money factor and dealer incentives (dealer cash) for zip code 60156 Atlas SE with Tech 4motion 39/12 & 48/12 Atlas SEL with 4motion 39/12 & 48/12

39/12: .00138 MF and 53% residual 48/12: .00188 MF and 48% residual SE/Tech: $1675 dealer lease cash + $750 Memorial bonus SEL: $600 dealer lease cash + $1000 Memorial bonus
I'd stick with 39 months, as they have the "Sign and Drive" promotion, with first payment rebate.
