Hi, Can I please have the MF and residual on a Q7 Premier and Premier Plus 2.0 near 19035? Thanks in advance!

    Premium

    36/15
    .00121 MF and 54% residual
    $500 lease bonus
    Either trim
Why are the MFs so much better on a Q7 than the S5 sportback? Is that typical for Audi to have a huge range on the MFs?

The A5 and S5 are way more popular, and thus Audi can get away with a higher MF.

Yes, it's pretty typical. MF on the A4 is around .00012, this month, so almost free money. But, the residual is pretty low, as well.

Not a bad deal on the A4 if you want to buy it out at the end of the lease then.

Maybe, maybe not. Even with the low residual, the end of lease market value could be lower than that.

My deal - Q7 3.0T Prem Plus 39/10k - $66680 MSRP with $60500 sale price. $3000 acquisition cash, $500 loyalty cash rebates. .00092 MF paid down to .00047 with 9 MSD.
Taxes, fees paid up front. Residual 55%

Monthly $580. Due at signing MSD's + Delivery, docs, dealer fees, taxes (all the non-negotiable stuff that the dealer shouldn't mark up).

At delivery, I may opt for the Audicare which would knock about $16 off the monthly payment x 39 = $624 (by raising the residual by 1%) and would cost me about $900. Net about $275. May be worth the peace of mind.

There are tons of Q7's out there and for owners of competitor (Lexus, MB, BMW, Rover, Volvo etc) the $3k manufacturer rebate makes the Audi a great deal. Usually Audi's lease horribly and are much better to finance / buy.

I called about 4-5 dealers. At least half would give 10% off over the phone sight unseen. The dealer I signed with tried to back off this and tuck in the acquisition cash to the 10% when I showed up but after I pointed this out, they gave me (nearly) 10% off and made the $3500 rebates additional to that. I took the deal from this dealer mainly because NJ allows MSD and they had the color combo I most wanted in stock.

Generally, my rule of thumb is if you take the MSRP and divide by 100, on a good lease situation, your monthly payment should not exceed that number assuming no money down, no cap cost reduction but with paying the taxes and fees up front. This usually requires a combination of a large discount to MSRP, reasonable residual %, low MF with MSD, and some substantial rebating from the manufacturer. This situation checks all the boxes.

Hello - I'd appreciate you letting me know the residual and MF for a 2019 Q7 2.0 Premium Plus (AWD), 36/10 and 36/12. Zip is 20852 (I'm in the Washington, DC area, so would appreciate understanding if numbers are different for Maryland or Virginia). Also, does purchasing Audi Care raise the residual by 1%? Thanks!

Why didn't you do 10 MSD? Any rationale? Why pay taxes up front? Is that a NJ thing?

So, to be clear, you got a $60500 Sale Price (which was 9.3% off) and then got an additional $3500 off on top of that? So effectively a Sale Price of 14.5% off the MSRP? Is that accurate? If so, that's a very good deal. How do you get the $500 loyalty cash rebate?

Wow, that seems like a lot for a 3 month difference. The salesman is pushing for 39 as he says it lowers the monthly payment.

What is the standard Audi acquisition fee?

$895? Leasehackr defaults to $695. Is that a mistake?

yes it ended up being 14.5% off. I probably could have pushed for 1k less. I bought a used Q5 for my mother in law a few years back and they said I could get both the acquisition cash and the loyalty cash in the deal. I wasn't asking any questions about that.

I don't like paying interest on the taxes, fees, delivery, bank costs etc, so that's why I pay the taxes up front. the MF is very low, but I don't need to borrow that $.

N.b. When using the leasehackr calculator, you need to put in the mfg incentives under taxed cash back rather than just reducing the sale price. Makes a pretty big difference.

Audi bumped their acquisition fee recently. Can't help you with what other websites assume.

Hi, Can you please share the MF and residual for a 2019 Q7 2.0T Premium Plus (AWD). 36/10k Zip 19035?

I see someone above got a .00092 MF?

    .00121 MF and 57% residual
    $500 lease bonus

.00092 is on the 3.0 model
Is there a difference for MF or residual on a 39 vs. 36?
Residual is 2% lower for 39 mo vs. 36
Wow, that seems like a lot for a 3 month difference. The salesman is pushing for 39 as he says it lowers the monthly payment.

What is the standard Audi acquisition fee?
    2% is actually not bad

    $895 acquisition fee
$895? Leasehackr defaults to $695. Is that a mistake?
It's been $895 for at least two years.

Audi has a 9 MSD max
I was just told by my Audi dealer that they couldn't do 9 MSDs, but needed to do 10. So it was $6250 and took my MF from .00121 to .00046.

You do have to make 10 deposits. But, only 9 of them count towards lowering the rate. And, the reduction amount is .00045. (.00121 - .00045 = .00076)

Seems like your Audi dealer is full of partial info and/or misinformation.

I have this feeling as well. But he told me on the phone 0.00046 after the reduction. If that’s not in the contract I’m going to chew him out until they make another concession.

In PA, on the same car with the same trim and same 10K/36 but a few more options added in I got 11% off MSRP plus another $3500 in dealer incentives. My acquisition fee was $100 higher though.

The sales tax line, and the total price, is informational - you pay tax on the monthly payment in CA.

Do you know if the cap cost is gross or net?

With the MSRP and cap cost given, $658/mo plus tax

Get the adjusted cap cost, and the MF, the dealer used for that quote.

Thanks!
