this is what they came back with for MHEV V6. I took a higher interest rate for less off MSRP and will probably put a larger DP down. For whatever reason, my calculation is $50/month less than what they're showing. Any help is much appreciated in seeing if their calculation is right....

After looking at it further, it looks like they added ~$2,400 to the adjusted cap costs that I have no idea what that is for. Is that what you see as well?

You'll have upfront sales tax on that big CAP cost reduction. About $1650. Then the first payment and fees also comes out of the $20K upfront.

Those numbers look about right.

Why put $20K upfront on a lease?

That's true ....

...but, that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

Also if I build it wouldn't be ready for pick-up until June '20. They said I would be able to get any additional incentives available at that time as well (only offering $1500 now), is it smarter to build a '20 or wait on the '21
