I am in the market for a Sahara Unlimited. Jeep is promoting on their website a barebone Jeep Sahara Unlimited 36/10k for $259/month, MSRP 35,200, $3,799 due signing, with Ally Bank. Assuming a 66% residual, the implied MF is 0.0005 (or 1.5%), a massive difference from the 0.0025 MF (or 6%) mentioned in the forum.
For many, many years I have matched to the dollar the automakers advertisements with the MF and Residuals shown on the Edmunds forum, thus I am puzzled about what's happening this time, as the difference is huge. Any ideas?

You can't infer a money factor, when you don't know the incentives, dealer discount or adjusted CAP cost. Or, the residual.
