    With the MF quoted, I'll guess this is a different bank; we only have numbers for Toyota Finance.

    The doc fee is pure profit; are you getting this from a NY dealer, or one in NJ?

    All that said, the payment is good, relative to MSRP, with only $1K due at signing.

    Where is the dealer located?

    You aren't factoring in the finance charge portion of the lease or sales tax, which is a substantial amount.

    We don't know the acquisition fee for SETF.
