Seems like this is a great forum for comparison on lease deals.im looking to Lease the 2015 q 50 premium awe that two dealers are offering leases for about 387.00/month. The cars have an approximate msrp of 47k. They both have roughly 3300 in upfront trade allowance on my existing. These are the premium q50 with most of the features other than the tech and sport packages. Any thoughts are GReATLy appreciated, as these deals expire this week.  This is for a 15k /year lease in Minnesota.

Anything else out of pocket, besides your $3300 in trade equity?

    Does the payment include tax?

I wanted to get the forums opinion on a deal I got.

Q50 AWD Premium package in NY
    MSRP - 42705
Sell Price - 33250 (Not 100% sure on this #, I backed into it using the other information. They originally quoted me $34049 then came down about a bit on monthly payment. I could ask for the exact number)
    Taxes - 2511.11
    Fees - 1061
(Taxes and fees being rolled into monthly price)
    39 Months 12k miles a year
650 due at signing which includes first months payment

    $351 a month

$351/mo on a $43K car is a good lease payment, especially if it includes tax.

Can anyone chime in on this deal. Dealer did not provide the breakdown.

    2015 Q50 Premium w/Navi

    39mo/10k yr
    MSRP: $43,395
    Drive off + 1st month: $1300
    $298/mo + tax

Is there a reverse calculator to figure out the cap cost? Good deal?

    TIA!

I confirm the .00030 MF and 53% residual for 39/12.

Only way to improve on the deal is to negotiate a better selling price.

Gentlemen, a noob here so excuse any lack of information.

Looking to lease a 2015 Q50 here in Texas with MSRP of $42,945. Dealer giving a discount of almost $5k for a few different reasons (I don't want navigation package but he doesn't have a car without it in stock, etc). He quoted a monthly payment of $525 with taxes and 0 down payment. I've read through a few pages here and 525 sounds really high.

What kind of questions can I ask him and things to tell him to bring the monthly payment down? Net cap cost? MF? Residual value?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Base, Premium or Sport? RWD or AWD? Lease term and miles per year?

The answer to those questions will determine the base MF and residual.

Need to know the net cap cost .. and, be advised that Texas applies sales tax to the entire selling cost, even on a lease, so your payment will be higher than others who have posted in these forums from states that only tax the monthly payment.

.00032 and 52% are the numbers.

Still need the net cap cost (selling price + taxes & fees - down payment) to figure out the lease.

$525/mo does seem high, but without knowing the net cap cost, all we can do is guess.

If the $444 includes your full tax obligation, that's a decent price for Texas on a $43K car.

    Premium RWD. 39months 12k miles/year.
.00032 and 52% are the numbers.

Still need the net cap cost (selling price + taxes & fees - down payment) to figure out the lease.

$525/mo does seem high, but without knowing the net cap cost, all we can do is guess.
Here's what I got back. Net cap cost is $39,265. Residual of 53% and he has reduced monthly payments to $444. Lease term is 39months, 10k mi/year. Thoughts?
If the $444 includes your full tax obligation, that's a decent price for Texas on a $43K car.
Yes that's the monthly payment with tax. Only 1st payment due at signing.

Seems too high, my MSRP is much higher and I did better then above.  Thinking you should be able to get a fully loaded Q50s with deluxe touring for that price

Here is the deal I got on my new Q50s AWD a few weeks ago

    Sticker $50,175
    Includes:
Navigation package but no tech or deluxe touring
    Illuminated kick plates
    Ambient lighting
    Welcome lighting
    Spoiler
    All weather matts
    60/40 folding rear seats

    Here are more details
    Sticker: $50,175
    Selling price $41,740
    Mileage 12 yr/39 months
    Residual 53% MF .00006
    Monthly payment $450
    Acquisition fee $700

Total cash at signing including first month $1,024 which includes:
    Doc fee $379
    License $145
Out of state agency fee $50
    First month payments $450

     Hope this helps

NY applies sales tax to the sum of the payments; Texas calculates sales tax against the entire selling price of the car. Big difference.

    36/15 - .00008 and 51%. Add 2% for 12K

Are these numbers nationwide? If not, what are the numbers for the Maryland/Virginia/DC market? Also, what kind of discount one should be able to get on these year-end/model-end cars?

So far as we know, Infiniti numbers are nation-wide.

Read back through the last pages of this discussion to see what kind of discount others have been able to negotiate.

Base MF the AWD Premium is .00008, so that is marked up on you.

Using your prices, I get a payment of $347/mo + tax. Extra MF is costing you about $10/mo.

So today I went to the infiniti dealership to look at the remaining 2 q40 they had instock. Base price 41000 on sale at 32333. Needless to say my wife saw the q50s awd and said this is the car I should be driving. We drove it loved it had a great time. We didn't even drive the q40!

2015 q50s awd with Navi splash guards and illum kick plates msrp of 48,400.

I'm thinking about leasing the car the sales person said they have sold so little units this month I could basically come inside and set my own terms they just need to get some units out for the month. What do you guys think I want to get the best possible deal I haven't leased a car in about 10 years, what would be the best pricing and lease terms one could possibly get, he said I could set my "own terms" I'm going to kill it!
