Seems like this is a great forum for comparison on lease deals.im looking to Lease the 2015 q 50 premium awe that two dealers are offering leases for about 387.00/month. The cars have an approximate msrp of 47k. They both have roughly 3300 in upfront trade allowance on my existing. These are the premium q50 with most of the features other than the tech and sport packages. Any thoughts are GReATLy appreciated, as these deals expire this week. This is for a 15k /year lease in Minnesota.
Anything else out of pocket, besides your $3300 in trade equity?

$351 a month
$351/mo on a $43K car is a good lease payment, especially if it includes tax.
Hello, I know absolutely nothing about leading a vehicle so any help I can get would be appreciated! I want to learn! I'm looking to possibly lease a 2015 Q50 Sport for possibly 36 months with 15,000 miles a year. I live in Florida, tax is 6%.

Gentlemen, a noob here so excuse any lack of information.
Looking to lease a 2015 Q50 here in Texas with MSRP of $42,945. Dealer giving a discount of almost $5k for a few different reasons (I don't want navigation package but he doesn't have a car without it in stock, etc). He quoted a monthly payment of $525 with taxes and 0 down payment. I've read through a few pages here and 525 sounds really high.
What kind of questions can I ask him and things to tell him to bring the monthly payment down? Net cap cost? MF? Residual value?

Base, Premium or Sport? RWD or AWD? Lease term and miles per year?
The answer to those questions will determine the base MF and residual.
Need to know the net cap cost .. and, be advised that Texas applies sales tax to the entire selling cost, even on a lease, so your payment will be higher than others who have posted in these forums from states that only tax the monthly payment.

Premium RWD. 39months 12k miles/year.
.00032 and 52% are the numbers.
Still need the net cap cost (selling price + taxes & fees - down payment) to figure out the lease.
$525/mo does seem high, but without knowing the net cap cost, all we can do is guess.

If the $444 includes your full tax obligation, that's a decent price for Texas on a $43K car.

So far as we know, Infiniti numbers are nation-wide.
Read back through the last pages of this discussion to see what kind of discount others have been able to negotiate.

Base MF the AWD Premium is .00008, so that is marked up on you.
Using your prices, I get a payment of $347/mo + tax. Extra MF is costing you about $10/mo.
So today I went to the infiniti dealership to look at the remaining 2 q40 they had instock. Base price 41000 on sale at 32333. Needless to say my wife saw the q50s awd and said this is the car I should be driving. We drove it loved it had a great time. We didn't even drive the q40!
2015 q50s awd with Navi splash guards and illum kick plates msrp of 48,400.
I'm thinking about leasing the car the sales person said they have sold so little units this month I could basically come inside and set my own terms they just need to get some units out for the month. What do you guys think I want to get the best possible deal I haven't leased a car in about 10 years, what would be the best pricing and lease terms one could possibly get, he said I could set my "own terms" I'm going to kill it!

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
The answer to those questions will determine the base MF and residual.
Need to know the net cap cost .. and, be advised that Texas applies sales tax to the entire selling cost, even on a lease, so your payment will be higher than others who have posted in these forums from states that only tax the monthly payment.

Still need the net cap cost (selling price + taxes & fees - down payment) to figure out the lease.
$525/mo does seem high, but without knowing the net cap cost, all we can do is guess.

Are these numbers nationwide? If not, what are the numbers for the Maryland/Virginia/DC market? Also, what kind of discount one should be able to get on these year-end/model-end cars?
Read back through the last pages of this discussion to see what kind of discount others have been able to negotiate.
