Got my car yesterday. I questioned the difference when I sat down with the finance manager, and after playing dumb for a minute, typed some stuff on his computer and said ok you payment is $420.79. So not sure what they did but at least it worked out and I drove out paying nothing.

I get $352/mo with your numbers - my guess is the taxes and fees aren't accounted for in the cap cost.

I think the final cap cost is showing up as $41,709 with the tax and other fees included

$352/ month is a really good price but i told the dealer i would take it if it is close to $400 with everything rolled in

I can't seem to get my numbers to make sense with the numbers the dealership is giving me

they tell me the 2 yr 10k miles one pay lease is $10,100 all fees except sales tax

based on this deal

when I run 66% rv and .0001 mf I get 9456 not there number of 10100

Thanks! So i have tier 1 credit/710 credit score. Apparently this is one notch down from the best. Would you know the money factor they should be using for the 24/10 one pay at that credit level. The dealerhsip who told me about my credit level siad it should make about a $10 difference. Seems like a $1,100 difference in interest on a pay lease is huge amount. Thanks again for all your help.

Ask them what money factor they are using. It may be your credit, or they may be marking up the base number for more profit (or both).

The first bump down in credit is only .00010, but the next bump is another .00035

That quote looks like it's for a purchase. CA taxes the monthly payment only.

Ask the dealer to provide you with the adjusted cap cost, and the total drive off amount.

36/12 lease numbers are 58% and .00110. There is $3300 in lease cash available, so you're getting < $500 off the sticker price.

All in all, not a good deal.
