Does Infiniti have some sort of tax credit program in Texas? Looks like a great deal
Yes I think so. I was surprised also when I saw the tax amount.
Do you have specifics on the tax credit? I'm getting a Q50 this month and taxes are 2k and change in San Antonio.
Thanks in advance.
I guess you can ask the dealership directly. Just say they should have sales tax credit to use for your lease.
i have a question about this: MSRP: 42945 Sales Price: 34540 Tax: 774.18 License & Fee: 262.19 Acquisition fee: 700 Term: 39 Mons Residual: 54% Miles: 12K
how is the tax of 774 calculated? is this the tax on the MSRP of the vehicle? is this paid in one lump sum, or in installments along with the monthly payments. how is it so low?
Okay, here's where I'm at in NY for Q50 AWD Premium 39mo/10k:
Nav, Spare, Split Seat, Splash Gds, Mats, Cargo Pkg,IllumKickPlates MSRP 45830 Sale price 38698.19 Cap Cost 37988.16 MF 0.00018 Residual 55% or 25206.50 $99 wheel locks AMO 2310.02 due + DMV incl 700 bank fee, 75 NYS doc fee, 12.50 tire tax, tax, and first month 339.11 + wheel locks = 341.66/mo
I countered back with 36000 hoping to land at 37000 and was told 37988.16 is absolute best offer.
Disposition fee on lease end is $395, waived if I buy or lease another Infiniti. Is this negotiable?
Is this a good deal or do you think I can get lower if I try asking at another dealer (although this dealer is the only one with this car with same specs)?

$342/mo (with tax) on a car that retails for almost $46,000 is a fantastic deal.
Hi I called my local dealer and received the following quote:
2015 q50 awd premium with nav
MSRP 44,535 They would not give me the sale price but based on the residual I was able to figure it out at around 37,000
Residual 53% 23,603
MF .00018
36 month lease
15k miles a year
455/mo plus ma tax at 6.25% so I get to around 483 and change.
Something seems very off here by all my figures I am coming out around 410-415 a month tax included.
Can you help or has anyone purchased recently in the MA or NH area that can recommend a good dealer.
Yeah, I think there's an issue with the selling price / cap cost. With your numbers I get a payment of $407/mo with tax.
If you are rolling in all the fees, etc. the net cap cost is going to be higher than you think -- get the dealer to provide that number to you, and the math behind it.
Thank you, I cant see the fees amounting to anything more than destination charge, and doc fees. Typically less than 1k. Assuming it is even 1k that would only add another maybe $20 to that payment if that. I don't really care for this dealer but sadly they are the closet and the nearest other one is 50+ miles away, but it may be worth it.

What is the money factor and residual for 2015 Infiniti Q50 AWD Sport and Premium models for 39 month lease at 10k mile per year in Pittsburgh, PA? Also, what is typically the best month historically to lease an Infiniti Q50 ? Should I wait a couple months closer to 2016 models appearing to get a better deal on a 2015 model?

It is kind of risky to wait. The time that 2016 comes out, you can potentially get more discount. However, at that time the RV% of 2015 model has been dropped a few percent. At the end of the day, you may end-up getting almost the same monthly payment even if you get huge discount from dealer on 2015 model. That is my impression.
For example, Q40 RV% for 24 months 10K was 63% last month. I did not pull the trigger last month and now it is 62%. 1% drop in RV is equal to $10-$20 more monthly payment for that car based on my calculation.

Hi I have a question this is the deal I got for a q50 awd premuim with navi in NJ mrsp 45,350 and the offered price was 38900. Down payment and fees $2100 residual they said was 54% and money factor 0.00018 the quote they gave me was $398 a month I need help please thanks
Here's the deal I was offered in NY...
Q50 Premium AWD for 10k/39mo
MSRP: $45,830
Illuminated kick plates, all weather mats, cargo package, 60/40 split seat, spare tire, and navigation
Price offered: $37,988.16
MF: 0.00018
Residual: 55%
$2,376 taxes and fees due at signing, including $700 bank fee, $88 document fee, $12.50 disposable tire fee, and first month payment
$357/mo
Is this a good deal?
With my calculation $700 is NOT included in the down payment. It has been added to the Cap Cost. Otherwise, you should be able to get $339/mo if you pay $700 bank fee up front. This is a good deal. Just not sure why you get $18/mo extra payment.
Thanks, I'll have to ask and confirm. I should note the sales tax rate is 8.375%.
You said you are going to pay sale tax as well. I dont see why uour monthly payment jacked up.
Okay, finally got the breakdown in the $2,376 due at signing:
Capitalized Cost: $37,988.16
It was mentioned to add "$99 wheel locks as AMO".
Cash due at signing is $2,376 = $1231 tax + $700 bank fee + $75 NYS document fee + $12.50 tire tax + $357 first month payment (DMV fees extra)

Do you know what is the break-down of $1,500 out of pocket ? Might be a good idea to call and get the break-down over the phones. Dealers hate to provide detail over email because they know we use those to compare with other dealers.
He gave me the breakdown of $700 bank fee, First mo payment of $383, Doc fee $398, Tire feee 12.50, NJ 4 yr reg 376.00,$8 fee for something else. This was for teh 1500 and rest "rolled" in

I'm showing $343/mo before tax with your numbers (55% residual for 39/10 and .00018 MF). Hard to get to $383/mo from there unless the tax rate is something like 11%.
I've been looking for the right Q50 to replace my G37, and I may have found the one. Would appreciate any and all feedback.

Technology Package 19 in sport T&W Leather Seating Kick plates Deluze Touring Package Navigation package Cargo w/Spare
MSRP: $51,445
FYI, this vehicle has been on the lot for at least six months. I remember seeing it in January, but wasn't ready to commit.
This is the best offer from the dealer.
39/10k Vehicle Price: 45,800 Due at signing: $1,098.34 (all drive off fees, no down payment) Residual: 55%: $28,294.75 MF: .00032 (was originally quoted .0007 because they didn't know my credit)
With the original numbers, it was $519.16 + tax. Not sure what that is now with the new MF
I asked about Infiniti Loyalty credit, but the dealer claimed there is no longer an incentive on the Q50. Does this seem right or are they screwing with me?
I told the dealer that I would consider his numbers.
I then found out I have a friend who can offer me the Friends and Family VPP. I don't know the specifics, but does anyone have any insight there?

.00032 is the base MF. The .00007 was a mis-quote.
Using the MSRP and selling price, I get a payment of $473/mo.+tax. But, your $1098 due at signing isn't enough to cover the $700 acquisition fee.. Adding that in, takes it to $491/mo.+tax.
$519/mo. is about $1000 more than that. Ask them for the CAP cost on the deal, and see what else is added on to the selling price, besides the acquisition fee.
VPP is a fixed supplier price. It's a good deal, if you can get it. When Infiniti is running promotions, it may not be any lower than what you are being offered, though.
Ok thnks you. I will get clarification. I was pretty much told there are is a $2,500 dealer incentive, but nothing else. With VPP, does that incentive get added to the fixed price?

Yes... if you qualify for VPP, incentives are still in place.
Hi guys, I visited the infiniti dealership today, the car I want to lease is 2015 Q50 AWD premium with Nav and Spare tire pack 39 months / 10k miles per year
MSRP $45,380 Sales $39.925
Lease Terms Gross Cap Cost - 41,000 Net Cap Cost - 41,000 Residual - 23,579 (52%) Total Monthly Payment - 427
I want to know is it a good deal for leasing, and I want to know what is my MF. And if it is not a good deal, what is the lowest Monthly payment I can pay (my expectation is around 350), is it possible?

MF on the AWD Q50 is .00018. Plugging in your MSRP and net cap I get a payment before tax of $458/mo. Not sure how the dealer is getting to $427.
BTW, the 39/10 residual on the AWD Premium is 55%; you are getting the 39/15 residual - that alone takes the pre-tax payment down to $423/mo.
Getting to $350 will be a stretch; you'll save about $26/mo on the payment for every $1000 you shave off the net cap cost.

VPP is supplier pricing. It's for employees of companies that do business with Nissan/Infiniti.

I've been looking for the right Q50 to replace my G37, and I may have found the one. Would appreciate any and all feedback.
2015 Premium RWD
Technology Package
19 in sport T&W
Leather Seating
Kick plates
Deluze Touring Package
Navigation package
Cargo w/Spare
MSRP: $51,445
FYI, this vehicle has been on the lot for at least six months. I remember seeing it in January, but wasn't ready to commit.
This is the best offer from the dealer.
39/10k
Vehicle Price: 45,800
Due at signing: $1,098.34 (all drive off fees, no down payment)
Residual: 55%: $28,294.75
MF: .00032 (was originally quoted .0007 because they didn't know my credit)
With the original numbers, it was $519.16 + tax. Not sure what that is now with the new MF
I asked about Infiniti Loyalty credit, but the dealer claimed there is no longer an incentive on the Q50. Does this seem right or are they screwing with me?
I told the dealer that I would consider his numbers.
I then found out I have a friend who can offer me the Friends and Family VPP. I don't know the specifics, but does anyone have any insight there?
Also, I am in California.
Thanks!

39 months / 10k miles per year
MSRP $45,380
Sales $39.925
Lease Terms
Gross Cap Cost - 41,000
Net Cap Cost - 41,000
Residual - 23,579 (52%)
Total Monthly Payment - 427
I want to know is it a good deal for leasing, and I want to know what is my MF.
And if it is not a good deal, what is the lowest Monthly payment I can pay (my expectation is around 350), is it possible?
BTW, the 39/10 residual on the AWD Premium is 55%; you are getting the 39/15 residual - that alone takes the pre-tax payment down to $423/mo.
Getting to $350 will be a stretch; you'll save about $26/mo on the payment for every $1000 you shave off the net cap cost.
