I just leased 320i for my gf and would like to share the deal with you guys. I don't think it is hard to replicate. It is only $250 per month inc. taxes and $0 drive off.
Here is the breakdown.
MSRP 37595 Selling Price 31595 ($6000 off) Other Incentives 2000 ($1000 recent grad, $1000 BMW loyalty)
$0 drive off (no any doc fees, no first month payment) + $2100 MSD (get all back when return the car) Monthly payment inc. tax $250.
How did I get this deal? Currently, Pacific BMW offers $6,000off any 3 series, but they ran out of 320i. Therefore, I asked my dealer to match the price and stack with other two incentives. Total $8k off.
If you go for the base model (34k), the lease will be less than $200 per month.

Just received a final quote before I go in tomorrow morning,
'16 320i xDrive , Sport pkg, navigation, driver assistance, moonroof, power/heated seats
MSRP: $43,650
Sale Price: $38,411
Dealer fees/destination/acquisition/taxes (Virginia) all rolled in @ estimated $6,000.

7 MSD's and First month's payment = $3,120 due at signing.
Payment for a 36/10k = $390
They have not provided the MF/Residual yet. First time leasing a BMW, new to the element please let me know if this is a good/fair deal. Thank you for your time!
What is the adjusted cap cost with all the fees and taxes added in, and the incentives taken out?
Sorry I'm a bit late - went to a dealer a few towns over to match/beat it and this is what they gave me:
Upgraded to a 2016 328xi , MSRP of $47,485. Cap cost: $39,039.69 including Tax, USAA, BMW Loyalty.
Residual is 66% and with 7 MSD's the MF given is .00122, which I believe should be lower?
With only first month payment as drive off (Doc fee rolled in) it is $395/month for a 36/10k.
Thank you again for your time and let me know if I should talk them down a bit for MF.
$3,000 covers first month payment, doc fee, tax, tags etc. the cap cost is $1,590. selling price now down to $41,295. Monthly payment down to $429 including tax. they said money factor might come in lower based on my credit?

The money factor quoted has nothing to do with your credit (in this case). It's the base MF plus the maximum markup.
Get the base MF, and that will knock about $32/mo. off the post-tax payment, and would put you under $400/mo.
What do the numbers look on for a 2016 340i, 12k/36 and 12k/24 in SoCal? How about 2016 320i/328i?
And do you have any idea when factory support will stop for the 2016s? Wondering whether to wait until end of December to pull the trigger. Our current lease' last payment is in January so that would be the optimal time I think.

Based on the market conditions, in norcal, you should be able to negotiate ~16-17% down from the MSRP not including the fleet discount, USAA discount, Loyalty rebate, etc. Based on this, the monthly payments should be much lower sub 300 depending on your situation... Simon, what is your sale price for 328i xD?

Thanks for reply. The actual sale price was not provided from the Internet sales yet. I might use 16% down for the further negotiation. Tks again.

Certainly, now that I am home and in front of a computer, not my phone.
My out of pocket at signing was $4539. I did 7 MSD = $3500. Minimal drive off = 4539 - 3500 = 1539. That pays plates/registration, acquisition fee, document fee, tire fee, etc.
I actually had a BMW UDE $1000 off coupon that BMW NA customer service could not find over the phone while I was at the dealership. I called again the next day and they found the coupon and I will be getting a check back. So actually, my minimal drive off is $539. Like I said, I think it was a great deal and couldn't pass it up. Made even better with that UDE coupon.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer, and how much is due at signing.

Look what the "internet department" quoted from a socal dealership for a 2016 340i. I'm so insulted. This is after I told them I want a 15k/3yr, 0 down with 7 MSDs.
Now my question is, do people who post deals usually post to show their crazy deals? I mean a 340i for less than 500 after tax?? Meanwhile, look at all the love I'm getting.

Now my question is, do people who post deals usually post to show their crazy deals? I mean a 340i for less than 500 after tax?? Meanwhile, look at all the love I'm getting.
Hi Folks, this is my first time considering a lease. I'm interested in seeing if a lease on a BMW 328d wagon makes sense. I saw they are trying to move them at 329/month. I know I need to figure out the best price vs MSRP, but do people have numbers for residuals and MF for the wagon? I'm looking for one with the lighting package. I'm comparing this possibility with trying to finance one off of lease. Thanks! I'm in PA, by the way.

What lease term and how many miles a year are you looking for?
My guess is that the $329/mo includes a hefty cash down payment, which we advise against.
Guys, As I thought it would be informative to know about some of the deals that can be had on 2016 340xi's currently (and because I'm just so freakin' excited), I wanted to share the terms of a deal I just secured:
MSRP: $61,295 Discount (including $1,500 option allowance and $1,500 corporate fleet incentive): $10,000 Acquisition Fee: $925 Loyalty Rebate: $1,000 Net Capitalized Cost: $51,220 Residual Value (3-yr, 10k miles/yr): 66% Money Factor (with 7 MSDs and 0.00020 corporate fleet rate reduction): 0.00067 $0 down payment Monthly payment including taxes (8.7%): $392
My out of pocket at signing is $3,456 which includes $2,800 for MSD, 1st month payment of $392, and $264 in admin and license fees.
The car was put in service in March 2016, but has less than 100 miles, so they extended the warranty by 3 mos / 5k miles (not that it matters unless I exercise my option to buy at the end of the lease).

Less than $400/mo for a $60K BMW?
These are some excellent deals that are being posted.
Great deal! You must be ecstatic, cause even we feel like we stole it from the dealership. Definitely helps your car was already "put in service," ours was new. I wish I had loyalty and corporate but we are first time BMW lessees. I'll be in those shoes next time around at lease return! Have to time it with end of year sales, UDE coupons, and loyalty.

Thanks for the response, Michael. I do know not to put any money down, but I could do Security deposits. I'm thinking Ideally, 3 years, 15k/year. Maybe also open to 12k/year, but I commute 3 hours each way twice a week.
Good Morning !!! I am also looking for residual and MF for a 2016 320i Xdrive in Denver, CO with 36 months and 12K miles. Any incentives for October we should know about. Going into combat on Monday and would like to be armed as much as possible. Thanks in advance

Here is the breakdown.
MSRP 37595
Selling Price 31595 ($6000 off)
Other Incentives 2000 ($1000 recent grad, $1000 BMW loyalty)
10k miles/year
36 month lease
7 MSD
66% Residual
.000875 MF
$0 drive off (no any doc fees, no first month payment) + $2100 MSD (get all back when return the car)
Monthly payment inc.

I am looking for some advice on a new lease. The car is 328i 2016, with tech, premium, driver assistance, heated front seats and enhanced usb & smartphone integration. It has 4,036 miles.
MSRP $47,795
Selling price $41,895
10k miles/year
36 months
MF .00176
Residual is 66% which equals $30,660.70
Doc fee $589
Tax $206.42 (FL)
Tag $200
$3,000 down and $449 per month
What does the $3000 down cover?
Doesn't look like a great deal.

Thank you again for your time and let me know if I should talk them down a bit for MF.
selling price now down to $41,295. Monthly payment down to $429 including tax.
they said money factor might come in lower based on my credit?

The base MF with 7 MSDs should be .00087.
That said, that's a really low payment.

Get the base MF, and that will knock about $32/mo. off the post-tax payment, and would put you under $400/mo.

And do you have any idea when factory support will stop for the 2016s? Wondering whether to wait until end of December to pull the trigger. Our current lease' last payment is in January so that would be the optimal time I think.
All three models.
The current lease program runs through October 31st.
No idea on what might happen after that.

.00136 base MF and 62% for a 36/10k for the 2017? $1000 option allowance. Lower residuals on the 2017?? What is the ED MF markup, 0.0003?
Yes, lower residuals on the 2017's - helps customer decide to lease a 2016, thus reducing inventory.
Yes, .00030 bump on MF for ED.

MSRP: $60,125
Negotiated price: $51,319
Acquisition fee: $925
Document fee: $80
Plates and registration: $435
Gross capitalized cost (car + acq. fee): $52,244
My monthly payment after 8% tax is $480.69
My out of pocket at signing was $4539.
Made even better with that UDE coupon.
residual is 65% and MF is .00136
MSRP $55,455
Selling Price $47,995
Dealer discount $7,450
Loyalty Incentive $1,500
Acq. Fee is 925 and Dealer fee 699 (which I believe is included in cap cost if I'm correct)
Cap Cost $48,119
Tax in FL is 6%..
Due at signing is first payment and tag transfer
Dealer is quoting me $506 plus tax a month.. I am calculating about $387 plus tax.
What do you calculate?
Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer, and how much is due at signing.
