OK. If I have a line on a 328d wagon, I know the MSRP - 53,275. They're offering the car at 9% off retail. Assuming the car is 65% residual for a 3 year, 12k lease, then what am I looking at in terms of payment?
I keep seeing ads on the BMW page for 369/mo, but this looks much higher to me: I'm getting in the low 500s for a monthly payment. How do I get from here to there or below? Thanks all!
$498/mo before tax, assuming .00136 MF. And, you'll pay all the taxes and fees at signing.
That $369/mo offer probably includes a large cap reduction, which we recommend against.
Yeah you're right, I saw it wanted a 3k down payment, and I was hoping to make that up with MSDs. Is there any way without down payments to get the price down, or is that the price I should expect for a wagon at this point? It seems like people are getting great deals on here, I'm not sure how to replicate. Thanks.

Wagons aren't as prevalent, and it's likely dealers aren't as willing to deal on them.
Two ways (that we recommend) to get your lease payment down:
1. Lower transaction price 2. MSDs
You can make a down payment, but as noted, we don't recommend that.
Hi, Could you please confirm/check whether my 2016 328I lease deal is reasonable? Based on my calculation I get around $375 monthly payment. Also, below $43,950 was the Ad price and the sales person told me that $43,950 already includes option allowance credit of $1,500. Can the dealer add the option allowance credit like this?
Thanks for your help in advance!
MSRP:$51,070 Cap cost: $43,950(excluding following fees) Registration fees, etc. $523 Acquicition fee: $925 MSD(x7): $3,281 first month payment Total upfront payment: $5,146 RV:66% MF:0.00127 MF after MSD: 0.00078 36 month. 10K Monthly Payment: $417
Good morning, really indecivise -__-. May I have the money factor and residual for 2016 328i for
24,27,30,33,36
12k and 15k
As well as for 2017 ? In Miami Florida and if there is any incentive.
Thank you !

I should qualify for corp fleet and graduate promotions. Those stock with the $1500 option allowance for leases, right? (so $1500 + $1000 + $1500 in rebates). So that could result in a sweet deal for a 36/12 lease, right?
E.g., for MSRP of $50k that I can get down to $45k, would I be looking at ~$330 incl. taxes in NJ for 36/12k? I'm assuming $4000 in rebates, 65% residual, .00116 money factor (fleet), and 7 MSDs. Is this practical? Should I aim for better?

Can you tell me how the $1500 option allowance works? If the negotiated price is let's say, $35,000 - does that mean I get ANOTHER $1500 off of that?? Or do I get to add $1500 worth of options? I'm SO confused. Please clarify, thanks!!

I have no idea about rebates other than the option allowance. 10% off MSRP + rebates may not be realistic, though.
@j3w3li622 The option allowance is a customer incentive. It must be used as a CAP cost reduction. But, any offer the dealer makes is going to take that into account.
Wish me luck, heading to dealership having agreed to pricing for a great deal on the 328xi. Now I just have to hope they don't try to pull a fast one on me.

$338/m + MSD + $533 DMV + ~$600 crap fees How is this deal? Paid deposit but haven't driven off with car. Is it worth and possible to try and get the crap fees shaved? Didn't realize how much of them were in the contract...
Here is most recent quote: 2016 320i ex-loaner BMW with ~4600miles
MSRP: 36795 Selling: 28795
36 month lease 1700 drive off MF: .00136 Residual: 63% 15k/36m lease $276/month tax included (9% tax)
Does the monthly payment look accurate?
Based on manual calculations formula, I get$247.02 after tax
From my AutoLease Iphone App, I get $251.66 after tax.
Not sure why their monthly payment is much higher. Can you verify that my calculations are more accurate before I email them? I think he is inflating the monthly cost to compensate for the extra $1000 off he gave me (selling use to be $29,795). Thanks!!
Also, does the $1700 drive off seem fair? I'm not putting a down payment. So I'm assuming that is acquisition fees + DMV + other fees?

Your calculations are correct, but you are probably missing some numbers. Most likely, it's the residual reduction to account for the current mileage. 4600 miles would reduce the residual by $1150 Re-do your calculation using .599 as the residual, and you'll see the difference.
As far as the $1700? $925 acq.fee, $276 1st payment. That leaves $500 for DMV and dealer crap, plus tax on the acq.fee. Not too bad.
I would roll the $925 fee into the payment. That will make the payment about $309/mo, but just $725 due at lease signing.
Negotiated this for a friend after I sent him my spreadsheet.
320i: MSRP 35195
Completely zero out of pocket, no MSD. 24 months/12k a year. $199/month including tax. Have to switch the car to one without a moonroof, should be $30 a month cheaper.
Selling my Spark EV to Carmax since they appraised above payoff and also negotiating for a 320i myself. I'm calculating with grad discount, loyalty, and UDE coupon, somewhere around $90 a month with tax. We shall see.

For 36/12 I am just a few pennies off ... if you're comfortable with the selling price, all looks good.

Still, under $300 for a BMW is not bad at all, but will be likely adding MSD's but want to get the right base first.

Ok, so looks like if i Add the doc fee, assuming $500 into the sale price, the numbers come to within a few bucks of the $299.
