2016 Mercedes C Class Lease Questions

Is this a good lease deal? Please let me know asap as I am going to be there today to finalize the deal.

I am turning in my existing c250 lease 5 months early ($1137 remaining payments) and they are eating it.

MF: .00152 and Residual: 63%

What is the selling price? That is the biggest driver to the monthly lease payment.

Also, what is the breakdown of the $1750 due at signing?

Hi Michael, the salesperson said the total is $41,955 but with the discount its $35,029.

The $1750 inception included first payment, tax, tag, title and doc fees (dont think it includes dest & delivery though). But I was told total OOP is $1750 and $389/month for 39 months.

Also I should qualify for Tier 1 credit, so can i get the MF from .00152 to .00142 using Auto-pay? if so, how much is the savings per month?

For 39 month lease, I got $361/month with your numbers. $389 is OK for 36 months.

I ended up getting it for $369/month with $1750 down (39 months/10k). Was this a fair deal or a great deal? I also ended up adding maintenance (A,B,C) that will cover me for the next 3 years of my lease. It was an additional $24/month which equals $912. So my grand total monthly now is $393.

Looks good. Under $400/mo for a C-class is not a bad payment, relative to MSRP.

Actually, a poster in another forum reported the MF on the '17 Coupe as .00121.

Could you confirm money factor for c300 sport 4matic in the Philadelphia area for a 39 month 12K lease. It appears from local dealers MB websites that the MF works out to .00124. Details for the ad on a 39m 10k lease indicate a residual of 64% and lists a monthly payment of $349. From the numbers provided in the lease ad I calculated $268 a month depreciation and $81 interest payment. Interestingly the national ad on MSB US website has the same lease listed with a monthly payment $369, and all other details exactly the same. The numbers on the national lease would indicate a MF of .00154

.00152 MF and 62% residual for 39/12.

The deduction for autopay is .00010. Not familiar with Mercedes MSD program enough to answer your other questions about it. BMW uses the post-MSD payment, while Infiniti uses the pre-MSD payment to figure the amount.

At .00142 MF and 62%, the payment would be $324/mo.+tax

I just secured a 48 month / 10K miles per year lease on a C450 with an MSRP of $59,830 plus 2 yr maintenance. The 48 month residuals seem to work out best for this particular lease at 54% and MF buy rate of .00129. As reference, I secured $480.01 a month plus $2,100 down (incl taxes, docs, lic, acquisition, first month) using auto pay and 10 MSDs.

BTW the $480.01 includes 7,75% CT use tax and prepaid maintenance.

MF is marked up, and is costing you $55-60/mo on the payment, before tax.
