Sales Price (confirmed as sales price for lease by rep) - $35,999, negotiated to 34K
MF: .00121
Residual: 52% (reduced $0/25/mile from 57% standard residual
At signing: 1st month only
Estimated on doc fee/taxes, but the monthly I get is roughly $392.

Edit - dealer is now saying that ex loaner leases are based off used car mf and residual, so low 40s on residuals. Strangely hasn't been the case with any other dealer...

The two dealers here in Tampa said any ex-loaner that's the current model year (2017) and with fewer than 10,000 miles would be eligible, which is what I thought since last year I leased my current C300 with 8900 miles. Maybe it's different in GA (where this dealer is)?

We don't know the standard money factor. It's entirely possible that .00235 is correct.

What is the selling price or adjusted cap cost?

What is the net MF, after the security deposit?

Thank you Sir for sharing the numbers.
MSRP 63700, selling 59200. This was for 2018 C43 sedan. There were additonal $1,950 drive off (license, acquisition fees, first payment etc).
