I would love to find out the MF and Residual on a 24/10 and 36/10 for a 2017 330e sedan in California. Also, I was quoted 5k in total rebates on this vehicle. Does that sound correct? Thanks so much in advance for your help!

    .00150 MF and 68%/62% residual.
I see a $3000 lease credit from BMW.
It's possible that there are other credits from the state.

Can you please help with this. Car will be registered in Chicago so my understanding that I will be paying tax twice on the sale price for IL and on the lease for Chicago.

    MSRP 51185
Selling price 40500 includes 4500 of rebates (car has 5000 miles).
Please ignore trade in value since I am not trading anything. There will be no upfront taxes nor down payment.

    Tnx

Can't quite follow the math.. I can get the same payment from MSRP, residual and adjusted CAP, but the upfront sales tax for Illinois seems too high. Seems like they've added the full amount of Chicago tax upfront, as well, even though it's collected monthly on the payment. Seems like the total tax for Illinois should be around $2000 (8% of rebates/cap cost reductions and total lease payments), and the only other upfront payment should be the $443 Chicago tax on the CAP reductions.

I'm confused, but it seems to me to be about $1500 too much. I'd want the tax situation laid out for me. I worry that the $9000 trade that isn't happening is affecting the sales tax number.

Hey all. Was quoted a lease agreement for a new 2017 330i xDrive. Details below:

    2017 330i xDrive
MSRP: $50,450 (link to build: https://www.bmwusa.com/byo.html#!/build/packages/ddmm28sg)
    36 months / 10K year
    Monthly payment $449.00
    Drive off = $1,500

I feel like this is too good to be true and this was the initial offer to me, I have yet to counter offer or negotiate either. What do you guys think of the above? Am I missing something here?

Random question- I'm looking to lease in Southern California but ... I'm about to make a trip through Colorado and Nevada. Any reason why leasing a car (that would be registered in CA) would be cheaper?

    None that I'm aware of.

If anything, it would be more complicated, what with different tax rules.

And, there are high dealer fees in those states - the fee in CA is capped at $75.

That $3K up front is $84/mo, so the true payment is over $400/mo. And, taxes and fees are not included.

Still, not bad for a $46K sticker price.

    Thanks for the insight.

I'm unable to get a quote from several dealers in SE US that reflects this offer. All of the quotes include only the $3,000 lease credit (not the $5,500).

What's the MF for the corporate fleet program?

What is the money factor and residual for a 340 xdrive in Bellevue, WA for 10K miles for June and July? also are there any lease incentives being offered like loyalty discounts? I am picking up today and wonder if they will try to hit me with a higher payment or do as has happened in the past and surprise me with a discount that wasn't offered when I ordered the car.

    Thanks for the help

    2017 BMW 320xi | 10k/36 | PA | 62%

    Quote (w/ Corp fleet)

    Corp Fleet Incentive:1,500
3-series incentive: 1,500 (Claimed 2,500 incentive had to be reduced by 1,000 because it is combined with fleet)

    MSRP: 38,095
    Down: 2,750
SP: 35,099 (reduced by 1,500 fleet incentive and other)
    MF: .00015 (shouldn't this be .00013?)
    Residual: 23,619

    Total Drive Off Cost: ~4,600
    Monthly: 282 +31 (taxes) = 313

    1) Anyone heard of the reduction of 2,500 incentive by 1,000 when combined? Seller claims its BMWN.
    2) Shouldn't the MF be .00013 with Corp fleet discount?

Truevalue and Edmunds puts fair price around $33K (SP here is 35K, which Seller claims is at cost to them).

Up-front seems high, and I'd appreciate insight on other details.

    Insight welcomed please!

    1) Not that familiar with fleet program, but I've seen something similar from another member.
    2) I would think so, but the dealer can still mark up the money factor, even if you are getting the incentive.

You can structure the upfront however you want. They suggest the big number to make the payment seem smaller.

    Hi All,

New to the forum. If I ask something that's been discussed, please feel free to direct me appropriately.

I just entered year 2 of a 2 year, one pay on a 2016 Honda Accord LX. I've kept it clean (it still has the original new car smell), and is just shy of 9k. I noticed a 24-month, '17 330e one pay for $10K at the local BMW dealer in CA, but the usual lease info blurb (that details MSRP, fees, net cap, etc.) is missing from the page!

My current lease end residual is around $15K, and I'm allocated for 12K mi/yr, so I know the car will be "worth" more at disposition, as I was conservative on the mileage estimate at POS. I'm thinking if I went for the 330e now (a year early), they pay off the 15K amount (and dispo or any fees) to HF, give me a credit for the current wholesale value and factor in whatever they could get retail to chip into the 10K.

Is my thought process reasonable or does anyone see this playing out differently? I decided to post here before heading to dealer. Also, does anyone know 24/12 RV for the 330e?

    Thanks!
