on bmw website, they list a special on 330i with metallic paint + Driv Assistance package for $359/month. Seems like a 62% residual. They throw in $2000 credit and $1070 dealer discount. Questions: 1) Is this real? What happens if I get a slightly different option package? 2) I am unfortunately in TX so is there a similar program for "Owners Choice"?

You can generally do better than any advertised lease special - we suggest you negotiate 7% off the sticker price of the unit you want, then subtract any incentives.

I don't know if the advertised lease specials will translate to the Owners Choice program.

I am looking at a 320Xi with an MSRP of $43,485. I live in NY. Emailed the dealer and the car I am looking for is in stock. I haven't done any negotiations yet. What will be the best selling price to negotiate and also what monthly payment I should expect considering the current MF/RV. I am looking to do 0 down (but I can do MSDs if that will help with a better price)

I did some google now regarding demo and loaner car. And I understand your point. The dealer didn't tell me it was a loaner car! Red flag? 

I will probably try other dealers in the neighborhood. 

But the question is how to deal with the inflated MF which the dealer quoting? They simply said it's their authorized buy rate when I pointed out the discrepancy between BMW nationally advertised rate and their quoted rate.

Be polite and tell them you won't sign a deal where the MF has been marked up.

And, start working with other dealers. Only takes one to meet your numbers.

Last I checked, BMW did not offer a 7500 mileage allowance on the 3-series. The 36/10 residual is 62%

With your prices, I get $554/mo, tax included.

MF may be bumped for extra profit.

I'd say there is a chance that the "CAP" is not the actual adjusted CAP cost. Maybe another fee hiding in there.

It was a loaner with 3661 miles.

I'm trying to figure out how much money I could've saved if I didn't pull the trigger so fast.

Cap cost stated was mid 3800s, but I got to go home to check
