I get $401/mo before tax using those prices and the .00225 MF

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is, and how they arrived at that number from the sale price.

PA has a 3% surcharge on the sales tax for leases, making the effective rate 9%. Even if I add that in to my calculated payment, I'm still short of the $455/mo you were quoted.

Confirm the adjusted cap cost with the dealer; that will likely explain the difference between my payment and theirs.

selling price 34,100. Res bale was like 24,400 for 437 a month with 737 down - hope this was a good deal

I am tier 1 encore and I called all over in PA Checking different toyota dealers about money factors , sales prices no one would go under 34,000 on LE plus, adjusted cap, and that MF was across the board with top credit-- if I wanted a Camry the "money factor" was soooooooo much better but......Northeast PA winters I need an AWD and a SUV

Looking to finalize a lease by the end of the week but I know that the July numbers aren't out yet.

Got a quote for area code 91362 (Thousand Oaks, CA) and I was assuming the MF would be .00133 from previous threads but I was quoted .00072. Is that right? I was going to do 9 MSD which would take my MF down to 0. But now I'm seeing a previous thread that mentions that they won't allow MSDs on discounted interest rates. I'll be checking with a second dealer to see what they say.

This is for an XLE FWD 36/12. Thanks for the help!

63%/62% residual for 36/15 for SE/XLE
Residuals only go one direction, generally, and that's down.

I don't have any regions close to you for the numbers, but I see anywhere from .00072 to .00225 for the Highlander in the rest of the country.

AWD: 65%/64% residual for SE/XLE for 36/12 (no 10K/yr with Toyota)

We see .00072 MF in some regions, so that is probably correct (don't have SoCal)

If they do allow you to do MSDs, there will be a minimum MF (.00001 most likely)

Residual is a percentage of MSRP. (64%, in this case)
We don't have Ohio numbers, but we've seen .00072-.00225 in other areas. If these dealers are in the same market, then either the info is wrong, or one of them is marking it up.
