Looking to finalize a lease by the end of the week but I know that the July numbers aren't out yet.
Got a quote for area code 91362 (Thousand Oaks, CA) and I was assuming the MF would be .00133 from previous threads but I was quoted .00072. Is that right? I was going to do 9 MSD which would take my MF down to 0. But now I'm seeing a previous thread that mentions that they won't allow MSDs on discounted interest rates. I'll be checking with a second dealer to see what they say.
This is for an XLE FWD 36/12. Thanks for the help!
63% residual
We see .00072 MF in some regions, so that is probably correct (don't have SoCal)
If they do allow you to do MSDs, there will be a minimum MF (.00001 most likely)
So now shopping at a dealership and they are claiming that the Highlander has a standard rate different from any other vehicle at .00235. Sounds like they are bumping it up, but you said you don't have SoCal numbers correct?

Sorry I'm moving fast as I'm at the dealership trying to get them straight.
Confirmed the MF is .00072 (not .00235 standard whatever....)
Also needed to watch them with the security deposits. They tried to get me at .00072 then .00064 and I had to explain how ever MSD takes it down 8 points, so it should effectively be .00001 at the end.

Most Toyota dealers have probably never done a deal with MSDs.

Even though they knew what they were, still had to call Toyota to confirm how it worked and what the final rate would be. Here's the final deal

Can someone provide the Residual Value and MF for a 2017 Highlander XLE FWD 36mo/12k miles. I'm in Raleigh, NC and the dealer I would go to would lease through Southeast Toyota Financial. A sales rep told me today that the MF would be .00202 because of how much volume they are selling... this felt very high as my credit score is well up into the "excellent" range.

Unfortunately, we do not have any reliable lease information for SE Toyota.
Can someone please provide MF and Residual for a 2017 Highlander LE Plus AWD and FWD please. I'm in CA if that makes a difference. Thank you in advance!

60%/61% for FWD/AWD for 36/15. Money factor is either .00225 (NoCal) or .00072 (SoCal), as near as we can tell.
Is this a good deal for a 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE?
MSRP: 40,588 Sale price: 35,037 Residual (64%): 25,976 Cash down : 3000 (includes first month) Per month : $354 + 7% tax = 379.13
36/12k
Few questions:
I don't know MF, I'm in Florida, is this a good deal?
Is the residual value supposed to be based off the sale price or MSRP?
Is it a smart idea to lease with the possible intention of buying it?
Thank you.
We don't have info for SE Toyota distributorship area and SETF.
Residual is based off MSRP,. but SETF may not residualize all options.
If your intent is to buy the vehicle, then leasing first just adds extra costs (acquisition fee, etc). Plus, you'll then have to finance a used car at the end of the lease, and be subject to likely higher finance costs.
@lovelyday7, that is a HUGE discount. Over 13% off MSRP. I've never seen anyone post a deal for a '17 HL that good. That would be a good purchase since the HLs have excellent resale value. If the lease #s check out that's a good option as well, you can't go wrong with that purchase price!

I think the discount looks awesome, but I'm wondering if those other numbers of the lease look just as good. I Somewhat feel that the lease numbers may not be looking as good as the discount! Would like an expert opinion on that.

Sorry, we can't really give you an opinion, as the SETF numbers are a mystery to us.
Hi, could you please tell me the RV and MF for Highlander Limited AWD in MN?
also, i was told that they cannot tell me the 'final' MF without checking my credit? does that make sense?
appreciate your help. best,
What lease term and how many miles per year?
What the dealer said is partially true - the MF may increase depending on your credit score. However, if you know you have good credit, then you should expect the top tier MF available.

Can you please tell me the MF and RV for a 2017 Highlander in both XLE and Limited form, AWD, both with 36/12K. I'm in the northeast region. Also, does anyone have any idea what the average discount from MSRP these things are selling for? 03867 Zip

64% (XLE) or 61% (Ltd) and either .00075 or .00220 MF - we don't have the specific numbers for NH.

What is the MF and RV for a 2017 Highlander Limited Platinum, AWD, both with 36/15K in MD. I have top tier credit. Does MD pay taxes on entire vehicle cost or just payments? Thx.

MD taxes the entire selling price, making lease payments pretty expensive.
I did ask previously, but just wanted to confirm that, in SoCal, the MF for the 2017 AWD Hybrid Limited Platinum is .00225 vs. .00072 (.00072 appears to be the MF for other trims). Apologies, and thanks.

Don't have the Ohio numbers. Money factor varies from .00072-.00225 around the country, though .00072 is more likely in Ohio.
