    65%/61% residual for SE/LTD

    Don't have the Ohio numbers. Money factor varies from .00072-.00225 around the country, though .00072 is more likely in Ohio.

    Also needed to watch them with the security deposits. They tried to get me at .00072 then .00064 and I had to explain how ever MSD takes it down 8 points, so it should effectively be .00001 at the end.

    9x MSD for a total of $4250 deposits takes the MF down to .00001 and the monthly payment is $402.19

    Spoke too soon! Turns out the .00072 is a subvented rate, so I can't do the MSD unfortunately!

    Can someone provide the Residual Value and MF for a 2017 Highlander XLE FWD 36mo/12k miles. I'm in Raleigh, NC and the dealer I would go to would lease through Southeast Toyota Financial. A sales rep told me today that the MF would be .00202 because of how much volume they are selling... this felt very high as my credit score is well up into the "excellent" range.

    60%/61% for FWD/AWD for 36/15.
    Money factor is either .00225 (NoCal) or .00072 (SoCal), as near as we can tell.

    We don't have info for SE Toyota distributorship area and SETF.

    Residual is based off MSRP,. but SETF may not residualize all options.

    If your intent is to buy the vehicle, then leasing first just adds extra costs (acquisition fee, etc). Plus, you'll then have to finance a used car at the end of the lease, and be subject to likely higher finance costs.

    @lovelyday7, that is a HUGE discount. Over 13% off MSRP. I've never seen anyone post a deal for a '17 HL that good. That would be a good purchase since the HLs have excellent resale value. If the lease #s check out that's a good option as well, you can't go wrong with that purchase price!

    What the dealer said is partially true - the MF may increase depending on your credit score. However, if you know you have good credit, then you should expect the top tier MF available.

    I did ask previously, but just wanted to confirm that, in SoCal, the MF for the 2017 AWD Hybrid Limited Platinum is .00225 vs. .00072 (.00072 appears to be the MF for other trims). Apologies, and thanks.
