Could you post the MF and residual for the following 2017 Toyota Highlander (12k/36 months) in So. California? Any promotion/incentives going on? Also, does Toyota allow MSD to lower the MF? Thanks a lot!

I see a couple of regions that have money factors: .00150 - .00165.

But, we don't have residuals.

Thanks very much. That helps a lot! I am in So. California (zip code: 92010), is the money factor in the 0.0150 range? Also, could you confirm whether Toyota will allow MSD to buy down the MF further? I saw someone posted earlier mention up to 9 MSD to reduced the MF by 9 x 0.00008

Hi - just wanted to share the lease info I was quoted today at my local dealership on a 2017 Highlander SE AWD.

For 12k/36mo
0.0016 MF
70% residual

Money factor went up a lot from 0.0010 for the 2016 model.  The dealer showed me the published numbers for both 2016 and 2017 models.  They acknowledged that Toyota knows the 2017s will be in higher demand, so they can bring the MF up for now.  They said they expect the MF will come down in 6 months or so.

I got them to $2k off MSRP and am planning to pull the trigger tomorrow.

I would suggest you roll everything but the first payment and DMV/Tire fee into your payment. Your payment will go up about $50/mo, but your out of pocket drops to under $800.

Do you know the MF and residual the dealer is using?

We think the MF is .00165, but we don't yet have any Highlander residual information.

To get to $485/mo with those prices, the residual is around 70-71%
