Yeah, I'm not sure why they had you make a CAP cost reduction. Without it, your out of pocket would have been around $1600.

Also, since there is a rebate for the amount of the first payment, it benefits you slightly to put as little possible upfront.

The deal looks pretty good, given the lease program you have to work with.
If I was structuring it, I would have eliminated the CCR and rolled in the acquisition fee.
That adds around $45/mo. to the payment, but then only $700 out of pocket.

Ask for the breakdown of the $2773.07 due at delivery; we suggest you restructure the deal to only pay the first payment and any registration costs. Add any other fees into the monthly payment.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost they are using for that payment quote.

For a 2018 SQ5 prestige lease 36months 15,000 miles, the dealer gave me a significantly different money factor than what we discussed. He gave 0.0024 and you gave .00183. He also gave a higher residual around 63% saying the SQ5s are higher than the Q5s. Can you double check yours and provide any advise? I'm heading back to dealer shortly.

All you've said is true; but, the longer the lease, the greater the likelihood that you'll have to replace consumable items like tires and brakes.

With 62% residual for 36/10 w/AudiCare, I get $625/mo.+tax.
That's a big discount, but also adding $674 + $599 for basically nothing.

Then, $18/mo. to account for. Make sure you are getting the extra 1% bump in residual for AudiCare.

Hi Michaell. This is what the dealer sent back . I'm not too pleased with the discount esp. since they are wrapping the $750 Loyalty discount into that total.
Also think the PermaPlate price (inside&out) is way too high. Will skip that and have local detailer do a coating.
He said come back with a bottom line on what I would pay. I will ask for 6% off . What else do you think?
How do I figure out lease payments when I am playing with the numbers to make a counter?

Target 6% off sticker before applying the $750 loyalty

The PermaPlate is a total junk fee and is adding almost $45/mo to the payment. The accessories add another $30/mo. I'd adjust the price offer to eliminate those.

Or, find a dealer that doesn't pad their prices with nonsense.
