    Hello: I am targeting 2-4% off the 2018 Q5 Premium. Is that a right target considering 2018 models are just coming in and dealers are not that much interested in negotiations. I am in the seattle area.

    We don't have any pricing guidelines for the 2018's at this time. They are too new, I suspect, to see much discount from sticker.

    Let us know what your local dealers are willing to do.

    I got estimated lease costs for Q5 2018 from 2 different audi dealers in California with money factor 0.00241. I believe it is too high, but they claim this is the best they can do now and maybe in May the rates will change. Does it make sense?
    Also I understood that the sales are not going that great.

    .00191 is the base rate for 36 month leases. They are marking up the rate for extra profit, assuming you have top tier credit.

    Thanks! I'll push for the right money factor!
    My understanding is that the financial terms may change on monthly basis. Would you recommend waiting till May for even more favorable terms?

    Hi! I am looking to place a custom order for an SQ5 and take delivery in July or August. I was wondering what is the best time frame to place an order at the dealership, and when to negotiate the lease terms. Is it generally build, negotiate the lease terms, then order, or is it best to wait till the dealer has the car in hand to negotiate the lease? Sorry- new to this.

    Thanks!

    Dealers are always willing to deal on cars in stock.

    However, for a specialty vehicle like the SQ5, my opinion is you should get exactly what you want - color, options, etc., even if it costs more.

    You should negotiate the price when you place the order.

    Thanks for the reply! When custom ordering a car what would be consider a "good deal". Guessing that with a new model + custom order it won't be much, but just want to get an idea of what I'd be looking at a month
  • Hello - can you share lease factors MF, Residual for Q5 2018 in Premium Plus and Prestige trim on 10K and 12K 36M lease.

    Looking at a 2018 Q5 Premium. 15K miles, 36 months.
    Also, does Audi have multiple security deposit options?
    What have you seen for discounting on this new model? Located in Northern CA. Many thanks!

    .00191 and 60%

    Generally, we suggest 6% off sticker for Audi, but not sure that would apply to such a new model.

    There is an MSD program, but we don't have the details.

  • Good Morning,

    Here is the lease QUOTE for the following; AUDI Q5 2018 and yet the numbers seem over inflated.

    2018 AUDI Q5 PREMIUM PLUS

    MSRP 50,600

    DISCOUNT -1650.00

    SELLING PRICE = 48950

    SALES TAX = 3380

    DEALER DOC FEE = 399.00

    REGISTRATION FEE = 245.50

    OTHER FEES = 426.34

    SUBTOTAL = 53401.25

    TOTAL = 53401.25

    ========================

    750.00 MONEY DOWN AT 36 MONTHS AT 10,000 MILES PER YEAR = 767.40 A MONTH

    OR

    750.00 MONEY DOWN AT 39 MONTHS AT 10,000 MILES PER YEAR = 764.44 A MONTH

    It seems over inflated, your feedback is appreciated.

    Thank you

    Brand new model, with little discount and a mediocre lease program. It's about what I would expect.
    Which state and tax rate?

    I think my co-host said that your quote was reasonable, given all the factors that are working against a decent payment.

    .00191 and 63% for 36/10
