I just left deposit, picking up this one tomorrow, unless someone chimes in with anything that's wrong with this deal:
    NJ
    2018 Stelvio Ti,
    MSRP $52080
    Sales price $38336.19
    24mo/12,000mi lease
    Residual 55%
    $480.51/mo with
    $1875 drive-off (1st payment incl.)
    MF 0.00009?

When I plug in the above numbers, I get a much lower monthly rate ($440), but they wouldn't budge.
The deal is certainly superior to a lower sticker-priced Q5 or XC60, so I decided to go for it.
I'd appreciate any feedback, as I can still pull out of it.

Are you willing to share which dealer is doing close to 15% off MSRP? Great deal- could tempt me to do a Stelvio instead of the SQ5 I have been looking at. THANKS
looks like fullerton, i got a similar deal there (0 down however, i don't do down on leases)
they use ally bank and there is additional $500 lease cash.

All things considered, that's not a bad deal. Normally, we'd recommed you roll the taxes into the payment, but not in NY.

Hello , need some advice on this lease. I have been working on this for a while and it seems to good to be true. The dealer insists nothing is wrong and they simply need to move cars to hit their number. I have repeatedly confirmed the lease figures and that there are no surprises, and they ensure me there will not be. Here is the deal. Any feedback will be very helpful before I pull the trigger on Thursday.

    2018 Stelvio Ti - $50,690
Car was Manufactured in May 2017 (has been sitting there a long time)
I was told has 600 miles from being used as a loaner for a couple of weeks

    Quoted deal

$399 per month (NJ taxes included)
    $399 total due at signing
Also, rolling in 1380 of my current 3 remaining lease payments and cutting me a check back
    39 Months 12K a year

The age and miles can contribute to the lower payment, but still something seems not right.

    Thank you!

@evthecarguy In addition to being a loaner, another factor could be that there is no apple car play or android auto. The stelvios manufactured after a certain date have apple car play and android auto. Not sure if you knew this or not.

That does sound too good to be true. What are they discounting the car to?

I got a 2017 Giulia back in May that had 2xx miles on it. $0 down/$0 drive-offs. Payment is $330/month for 24/15k. MSRP was $44790.

So yeah, your situation is definitely feasible, IMO. Just drive it and thoroughly check it out and if all appears well, don't hesitate.

Thanks Squashman51... I wish had carplay but it does not as you know, but for that price I am willing to pass on it.

Did you the mileage and age have the major effect on the monthly? Of course other dealers are saying impossible. This is not my first time leasing, but this deal is 80-100 less then everyone else.

    The 39/12 numbers are .00003 and 42%; $4000 incentives

If they are using Chrysler Capital (the numbers quoted and the only numbers we have), then the CAP cost would have to be under $37,000 to get that payment.

Excluding the incentives, that's a massive discount from sticker, if the taxes and fees are being rolled in, along with the remaining payments.

Why are they giving you a check? Are you not giving them your car? That can be risky, as you would still be responsible for any end of lease charges.

Have you actually stepped foot in the dealer? Do you have any of this in writing? I'd hate for you to head down there only to be told "Whoops, we made a mistake".

Absolutely.  I couldn’t find a 2017 anywhere for that price with $0 down/$0 drive offs, including on their lot.  Just so happens that was the only Giulia that had that type of mileage.

I tried on similarly equipped ‘17s they had and no dice.

Good point.  Just checked my deal and the RV was 59%.

I guess I was just giving andecdotal evidence that yes, loaners are often discounted.  Throw in it being the “old” model and the discount can increase some.  Like I mentioned, I couldn’t find that pricing anywhere.  And I scoured the internet more than I’d like to admit lol.

Hi!  I’m currently working on a lease deal in So Cal.  2018 Stelvio Ti Sport 24 months/10k.  MSRP is $52,240

Dealer is quoting $299 plus tax, $3k drive offs.  And a silly question, does $3k drive off means it includes registration and other fees already?

Is this a fair/good/great deal?  Thanks so much!  😊

It can mean whatever they want it to mean..

You would think it would include everything due at signing. But, it's possible that it doesn't include the first payment. Of course, they quoted you the first payment without tax, so that isn't a final number, either.

$3000 drive-offs means nothing really. They could pack that number with garbage fees.

In CA, you'll have first payment, DMV fees (around $575), $80 doc fee, and lease acquisition fee. That's under $2000, so why are there $3000 in drive-offs?

This is why payment shopping doesn't turn out well. You don't know what you are paying for, and where you should be saving.

All things considered, that's not a bad deal. Normally, we'd recommed you roll the taxes into the payment, but not in NY.
I wanted to close the deal, but in the end i told them i have a trade that is worth $k, but they offered my $1k
I told them i got the #'s from edmunds car appraisal, Kelly Blue Book, Carfax, they all offer similar #'s. They told me those #'s are unrealistic. what BS.

it's not an accident, just someone hit my car when it was parked at night.

If the car has an accident reported on Carfax, it will decrease the trade value.

You can take your car to CarMax and get a buy bid on it, and see if it is different than the value the dealer gave you.

    Kind of on topic question:

How soon do new numbers for the new month come out? Or when do dealers know? Only reason I ask is because I have a tentative deal, which is very good for me, but they want to do it on Saturday, which is a new month. They mentioned that the deal may not stand if incentives get worse.

I've never seen a dealer push to make a deal the next month in my years of car shopping. Weird.

The current month's numbers run through Monday.

The sales manager at the dealership might know the new numbers by sometime on Monday, but they might not. It's more likely they drop them by email, on Monday night.

Yes, that's awful. You want at least 15% off MSRP BEFORE incentives.

    For 07005, assume 18 Stelvio Ti Sport is .00009 & 54% for 24/10. Correct?

Are numbers available for same in 19 Stelvio Ti Sport?

    Thanks!

    .00003 MF and 42% residual
    $4000 incentive

I'm not positive of the Tier 2 MF bump, but it should be around .00021 additional.
