Can you please tell me the MF and residual on a 2018 SEL And SEL Premium? AWD, 36month/12k for the Chicago area? Any lease cash out other incentives right now? Thank you very much!

I need this exact info for Chicagoland. Dealer offered 60% residual on 36/12 $374 a month with 3000 down. Worksheet says 12000 2% is this a good deal?

It's a VW-to-dealer incentive.

Use your knowledge of it to negotiate a low selling price

Ah... so the selling price wasn't $29,854, after all?
At least the numbers add up now.

At $30,200 sell price, you are $3325 under MSRP.
But, the dealer gets a $2500 incentive from VW on this model, so your effective dealer discount is $825.

I don't really know the market for the Tiguan, but I think I'd want a lower selling price.

But, as noted, at that price, the calculations are correct.

I am seeing MF of .0014, RV 58% .  I read of 2500 lease cash. Please let me know what other discounts or techniques you can share on making this deal as good as possible. I was offer other unnamed discounts off of msrp and have about 300 month goal in mind? Too high? Low? Thoughts?

.00140 and 58% are correct, but I only show $1900 lease cash.

Negotiate your best price, just like you were buying the car.

What is the MSRP and proposed selling price? With that information, we can tell you if $300/mo is possible or not.

With the question is 300 within range of what others are getting or does it sound like a poor deal comparatively.  675 acq. Cost which you know.

That's right at $300/mo.
Assuming all other fees and first payment due at signing.
