24 month residuals are 7% higher, but usually result in a much higher payment.

Sorry for the incomplete info. It is AWD, MRSP $32,650, NH no sales tax. Dealer reluctant to give selling price. $1,500 cash down - not sure you mean by breakdown.

Breakdown: How the $1500 is applied. First payment? Acquisition fee? DMV fees? CAP cost reduction?

This might seem like a $279 deal, or a $1500 deal, but actually, you are entering a contract for a $32K vehicle. I'd expect the dealer to be forthcoming with all details. When they don't tell you what you want to know, tell them that's a deal breaker.

Thank you, really trying to figure out if this really that good of deal because year end or not. The dealer is adding another $500 to cover all registration and DMV fees.  Another dealer I was working with could not touch this deal($288 a month) same car and I’m responsible for registration and DMV fees.
Makes me worry a bit that this is to good to be true kinda thing. There is always a catch, and I haven’t figured this one out yet.

Further info, selling price is $28,716, residual is 62%. Still a good deal I think for an 2018 AWD SE Tiguan , $1,500 down 36/10. MRSP $32,650

Well... it won't be $0 due at signing, ironically.
VW covers the first payment, but the acquisition fee is still due at signing ($625), plus DMV fees ($200 for PA?). Then 10% sales tax on the payment.

So, it's more like $900 due at signing, and $208/mo., assuming you get the base model, with no options. Also, assuming they even have a unit like that in stock.
