Only way to lower the payment is to lower the cap cost. $3000 or so will bring the payment close to your target. Not sure if that's possible.

Thanks a lot, Michael! I agree that the dealer's number if off a bit. $470 + 7.5%tax = $505. I will go back to them and see what can be done on the cap cost also.

Those are all normal charges. In NJ, you pay all three years DMV costs on a lease, upfront. Which is why that charges is higher than on a purchase.

Actually, I had talked to him and got a revised quote of $46075 so that is over 6k off MSRP. I don't think that's bad for a foreign luxury car.

$795 is the base acquisition fee.. dealers can mark it up by $300.
Pretty sure the disposition fee is $595, at this time.
