Sedan: .00090 MF and 58%/57% residual. $1250 dealer incentive
Coupe: .00084 MF and 53%/52% residual. $500 dealer incentive

Up to 10 MSDs, with a money factor discount of .00007 each.

No info on Mercedes loaners. Compare any lease deal to leasing a brand new one, and hope to save $50-$100 per month, at least.

Would have recommend you only put the first payment down.

Yea, the best they are quoting us with a 704 is .00093. They say the .0006 is reserved for 800+. There is no way for me to know.

I don't know if 704 will qualify you for top tier (it does with BMW and about a dozen other makes), but it definitely doesn't take 800+ to qualify. There isn't any bank that doesn't give top tier to 740+.

Not only that, Mercedes gives top tier rates all the way down through Tier II.

Yeah.. if we add it up, it looks like your total is too high. The difference is the acquisition fee (likely marked up from $795 to $1095).

With $ZERO due at signing, and the lease program you have to work with, it looks like a good deal... even with the $800 dealer fee.

If the selling price = Adjusted CAP, I get $485/mo. +tax.
That assumes all fees/charges get paid upfront.
Lease tax in PA is 9%-11% on the payment, so that's not too far off, assuming your $2500 covers your upfront amounts.

But, it looks like the money factor is bumped slightly. Do you have an itemized list of the fees and amounts?

Just returned from the dealership in Atlanta, GA and was quoted the following for a 2018 C300 RWD:

MSRP: $54,585
Sale Price: $48,272 (reflects fleet discounts totaling $3,375)
Lease End Value: 58%
Money Factor: .00069
10k miles/36 months
Total Drive Away Cost: $1,773 (1st month payment + title & acquisition fee of $795)
Monthly payment: $508

Alternatively, I was offered an option for Total Drive Away @ $639, with a monthly payment of $540/month.

Does this deal look right? I've been using some online calculators and something seems off... I was quoted a $2,500 trade-in value for my current car, but unclear how this is being incorporated into the deal. If it's being used as cap-cost reduction, I would imagine these numbers aren't great?
