Seems like if I can negotiate the price of the MSRP to roughly ~10-15% off prior to lease calculations this is a real possibility.

For the EX gas, if I assume a discount of $1000, in addition to the incentives, I get a payment of $270/mo.+tax, and that assumes all other fees/charges are paid upfront.

You can build a Hybrid on the Kia website, but it's a separate model from the Optima. Search in "Vehicles" for the hybrids.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out. I found the hybrid Optima. Showing me 29,085$ for a hybrid with a convenience package. I think this one might be a better deal given the really good incentives.

For example,  am i crazy to think i can get a lease down to 19k ish from 24000 msrp with only 3330 in incentives? We don't follow pricing, but you should certainly negotiate a discount, in addition to the incentives

7-9% off msrp before incentives on LX and S models is quite reasonable.
