    Those are separate incentives. The $5190 is a customer incentive, used as a CAP reduction (down payment) on the paperwork.

    Is it .00223 MF and 54% RV?

    I see 3.5k cash back but think its only for finance.

    A car car salesman just disputed the figures I got here.  He gave me this chart. Claims its .00233 and 52%
