so is the MF of .00128 on the touring or all models??

No one has confirmed the bank they are using to get that money factor.

We don't have any info, other than .00220 from Honda Finance.
    Something changed, for the better
Yes.... on the deal shown, .00128 MF

Hopefully, we'll get an update on it, soon.

Costco gave me selling price of $26,833 for Sport 2.0T and $30746 for Touring 2.0T.. might want to look into Costco!

Costco price was only $300 under invoice for a Sport 1.5T when I spoke with a local dealership yesterday. I'm in the Kansas City area. I was told $24,564. That was disappointing.

That's weird, they gave me almost $1800 under invoice for the Sport 2.0T

What is the MF, residual and any incentives on the Accord? I live in MA and am looking at the 2018 2.0 Accord EX-L and the 2018 2.0 Accord Touring.

I'm looking for MF (if different than .00128), residual and Incentives as well on 2018 Accord Sport 2.0T in South Florida.

Fyi, there is a huge pricing difference between the Sport 1.5T and 2.0T. When building the Sport model on Honda's website, the 2.0T with 10 speed automatic adds an additional $4530 on top of of the price of a 1.5T. Not sure what other features you get for that price, but that seems steep IMO.

Thanks. I see you are in South Florida. I have not seen pricing come this close in MA. Did that quote include the $1000 flexcash at the time?

It probably did, but even if you deduct that $1k , $31746 is not bad if they can still offer it.

The best quote I had received without negotiating before Flex cash was $31,879 (so $30,879 after Flex cash). I am looking to buy and not lease. I am considering other more luxurious brands such as Acura, but I am in no rush to trade in my 2013 Accord. I am not yet sold on the design of the 2018 Accord, so I may end up either going to anothehr brand or keeping my car for a couple more years.

Anyway, are you planning to pull the trigger soon or waiting for better incentives?

So far, the sales numbers are not that great for the 2018 Accord compared to the 2018 Camry. So there might be better deals around Memorial Day, but who knows.

Regarding the Acura TLX, I am not a big fan of the interior and I have other qualms with some of the features offered on the different trims (Tech vs Advance vs A-spec). We will see what happens these next few months.

Hello. First of all thank you very much for providing all these information.

I am going to lease a Honda Accord Sport 1.5T CVT. I got a quote as follows

    Location: Malta, NY
    Zip code: 12020
    MSRP: $26670
    Selling Price: $24078
    Term: 36 Months
    Mileage: 12k per year
    Down payment: $1500
    Monthly payment: $292

(This includes tax and everything else)

May I know if this is a good deal? Should I negotiate more on the selling price?

Thank you again for your generous help!

Here is my take on this deal. First of all, your sale price is only about $400 below invoice. So you can do much better.

Are you sure your monthly quote includes the following fees:
    • Acquisition fee
    • Dealer doc fees
    • Title and registration fees
If you don't know the answer to the question, ask the dealer. If you break out that $1500 down payment over the term of the lease, your real monthly payment is about $333/month with no money down.

Can you list out the doc and dmv fees so that the experts can run the numbers and make sure you are getting a good deal?

    .00128 MF and 60% residual
If I add about $1800 for tax, acquisition fee and DMV fees, then subtract $1208 ($1500-$292 first payment), for an adjusted CAP of $24670, then I get $293/mo.

that's pretty close, considering I estimated some of those charges.

So, if you like the discount from MSRP, then that's a good deal.

Hard to give an opinion without all the facts to support the payment quote.

Without knowing the selling price, we still can't help you determine if the lease quote is good, bad, or somewhere in between.

Hello everyone. Thank you for all the pertinent info and advice. A valuable forum with great members and information.

Looking for MF and RV for an Accord Sedan Touring 2.0T in Indiana, 36/12k and 36/15k.

I also used the Costco Auto Program to see what kind of price I could get, and one dealer came back with $500 below invoice ($33,218), which I did not think was that good of deal considering they are selling it for $33719 on their website. I have sent out a few emails to see what other dealers will offer.

    Thanks for your time!
