I went through Costco to find a dealer that participates in their program (Cleveland, OH area). The discount is $1,800 below invoice (on both EX-L and Touring)! Looking at an EX-L 2.0T:

- MSRP: $32,860
- Invoice: $30,362
- Costco price: $28,562

Also, US Bank is offering more favorable rates than Honda (36 months/12k). Per the dealer:
- MF: .00130
- Residual: 57% (56% for Touring)

Fees (bundled in the cap cost):
- Title, doc, reg: $283
- Acquisition fee: $695

No money down - just first month: $363 before tax.

The numbers can only get better. But, I'm surprised they've lasted this long, especially on a sedan. When that will happen is just a guess.

Could you please post MF & Residual info for the following: 36/12 EX-L and EX-L Touring (both 1.5T).  I am located outside of Philadelphia,  but could buy the car from dealers in PA, NJ, or DE - is there any difference in the program between these states?  Also,  based on this thread,  I'm assuming that the minimum number of miles you can get on a Honda lease is 12k... please confirm there is nothing lower.

Interesting, but the current lease program runs through the end of April.. they could always add incentives mid-term, but likely May, before you see any changes, if any.

We have a better product. If given the choice between better product and better incentives, I’ll take better product all day long.”

Time will tell whether the "better product" without lease or finance incentives similar to their competitors will continue to sell well.
