    I would like to know the Money Factor & Residual % on a 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring w/i-Activsense Package. 15,000 miles per year. Philadelphia area. Also, are their currently any incentives and "Early Lease Pull-Ahead Programs" for the month of December? I have 6 months left on my current lease. Thanks.

    FWD or AWD?

    $515 lease cash is available.

    No information on pull ahead programs.

    With 6 months left, you may be better off riding out your current lease. Those remaining lease payments have to go somewhere - either you write a big check or the payments get rolled over to your new lease.

    AWD. I know. I was hoping if Mazda was offering an Early Lease Pull Ahead program, those remaining payments would be taken care of.

    $515 lease cash is available.

    No information on pull ahead programs.

    With 6 months left, you may be better off riding out your current lease. Those remaining lease payments have to go somewhere - either you write a big check or the payments get rolled over to your new lease.

    39/15 has the best numbers - .00001 and 56%

    And, so far as I know, any pull ahead program would be for folks in a current Mazda lease only. If you are leasing any other brand, you aren't eligible for pull ahead.

    We don't have 2016 model info.

    2016.5:

    MSRP=28570
    Acq Fee=900
    Negotiated Sales Price=27900
    Cap Cost (includes Acq Fee and Lease cash)=28285
    *No Cap Cost reduction
    RV=58%
    MF=0.00001
    Pre-tax monthly=$298
    Total monthly @ 8% SD county tax = $322

    Good deal? I feel that I could further negotiate the sales price, and I would appreciate feedback.

    Moderator, i am looking at 2016.5 Grand Touring AWD in Florida. 36 mos MF quoted at .00023 and 39 mos at .0001. Residual quote seemed a bit low at 58% for 10k 57% for 12k. Can you confirm or relay Florida numbers?

    Residuals are 60%/58% for 36/39 months, 12K/yr

    Thanks kyfdx!  Can you provide the info for 36 /12 and 39 / 12 when you have a chance? Also, is lease cash just an incentive that is deducted in calculating net cap cost?  I saw on the Mazda website that they are offering $750 cash back in "bonus cash".  Is the $515 that you mentioned in addition to this or instead of this?  Really appreciate the help!

    Add 2% to the 15K residual for 12K allowance.

    Yes, lease cash should be deducted from your best negotiated price.

    My guess is the $750 is "instead of" the lease cash, and applicable only when you purchase.
