Most dealers are saying they cannot quote a lease yet for the 2019. One has quoted 2018 Elite at .00184 and 56% RV, and the 2019 Elite at .0023 (ouch 5.52%) and 59% RV. Should I be suspicious that other dealers won't quote yet - and you don't have numbers, either - but this General Sales Manager says he can have one mid-May with this MF and RV?

There are no published numbers for the 2019 Odyssey this month, and the next month's numbers are never revealed before the program period starts.

I believe your dealer is blowing smoke....

So weird...I got quotes for .00175 & 64% for 36/10k. I mean, it's a better deal, but just weird how they're quite different. Can you also tell me the lease cash, MF, and RV on a 2018? Same 36/10 & 36/12 & 11354. Maybe they gave me the 2018 info?

Thank you! No but I hear they are amazing. We go to archery right around the corner so I need to stop in there.

Their regular donuts are okay... it's the special, hot out of the fryer, made when you order them, that are the ones worth going in for. Really good on a Friday or Saturday night, after a couple of beers!

Is it too soon to try an lease a 2019 Odyssey? Will there be better deals around Labor or year end? The payments I'm getting quote are crazy high in my opinion and are at least $100 more than my current lease on a 2016 Odyssey.

Since they still have 2018 models on the lot, then yes, it's too early, if you want a good deal.

  • Please provide RV and MF for:
    2019 EX-L
    36/12 and 36/15
    OH 45817

Also, any comments on a “One Pay Lease”? Saves on the money factor (.00001) and no tax on residual.

    Hi Michaell,

Looking for a Honda Odyssey 2019 EX. Am more inclined to finance rather than lease. What is the approx payment that I'll be looking at including taxes and other fees (taxes / doc /DMV fees) for zip code 95015.

Same answer.. In addition to your sale price, add DMV charges (about 1.1% of MSRP) and an $80 doc fee.

Same MF; subtract 1% from the residual for July.

About to finalize a lease on a '19 Odyssey EX-L 36/12. MSRP is $38,650. Putting $3500 down and paying $390/ month. Buy out at the end of the lease will be 23,540 plus tax.

Sales person is trying to talk me into a 6 year balloon. $3500 down, $390/month and a final payment of $14625. Could also extend the warranty, an addition 3 year bumper to bumper for and addition $10/month, so $400/month for 72 months and have bumper to bumper coverage for duration of balloon.

Which would be a better deal? Would be nice to be covered to the next 6 years with a warranty, just not sure if the RV will be high enough at end of balloon to cover the $15k I need to pay back in the end. My wife and I typically average around 10k/year in mileage. Seems like a gamble, but I do know Odyssey's usually carry a high RV. Not too familiar with balloons so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    I wouldn't put $3500 down on a lease.

Is your intention to keep the car beyond the lease term? If so, better to just buy it from the start. If you don't understand the balloon program, best to avoid it. It's another form of financing, but the car is in your name, not the banks.
