I gather that the MF/Resid for 2018 A4 Premium Plus Quatro in NJ is .00059/54% for May (please correct me if wrong).
Follow-up questions 1) Is MF/Resid any different for Prestige trim (all else same)? 2) What is the MF for multiple upfront payment discount? 3) How does the lease bonus cash apply? Is it just a reduction in the selling price or are there other intricacies to it?
Thanks in advance for your help.
1) Subtract 4% from residual for Prestige 2) Max discount for MSDs is .00045 reduction 3) It's applied as a CAP cost reduction (which means it is taxable to you)
Hi can you please give me the lease incentives, as well as the money factor and residual rates for the A4 premium plus, for both 10K and 12K miles? I live in 90272, in Southern CA. Thank you!

Said they were taking my leased car on trade (2 weeks from turn in), but was only giving about 5k less than the residual in trade-in, but the numbers washed out on the paper quote. (I found this very weird).
Anyway the quotes on an A4 Ultra Premium FWD (S Line if that matters) were as follows: (36/10k) 3k down - 478/month 2k down - 508/month 1k down - 549/month
This was with the 40k MSRP - 2k Discount & 4k Rebates + 400$ accessories.
What are the MF and the Residual for Austin, TX on this car this so I can figure out if(how badly) I was getting messed with haha?
$ / mo 576.19 for 36 month lease 10k with $3500 down payment. Zip 98121
.00059 and 54%
I get $523/mo plus tax with your prices; the tax rate would have to be over 10% to get to your quoted payment. Guessing the adjusted cap cost is slightly higher than the net cap cost on your worksheet.

As Texas assesses sales tax against the entire selling price, your lease payments are going to be higher. What is the adjusted cap cost the dealer used for those quotes, and how did they get there from the selling price.
Had a weird experience today at the dealer.

Thank you sir, appreciate it. I ran the numbers on LeaseHackr, when I changed the money factor to .0025 and was darn close to their quoted price.
Changed it to your .00081 and got my expected price of 434$ with 1k down (with the tax on the full selling price)
Will get the info and pass it along - what a resource!
Hi I'm looking to lease a 2018 A4 Premium Plus in the next few weeks.
EDIT: I only need 10k miles per year and I'm not sure how long I want the lease term to be, probably whatever is most advantageous for me as I'm fine with hanging onto it for 24-48 months.
I don't know how much information I need to include but here's the spec sheet for what I'm ordering: Premium Plus Quattro Automatic Scuba Blue Black Leather Standard Inlays Standard All Season tires Standard wheels Navigation and Telematics package Sport Package Ventilated Seats
First lease and first Audi so apologies if I'm ignorant of something.
MSRP comes out to around $48,825 according to the audiusa configuration tool.
In Florida, 32606.
Here are my questions: 1) What could I reasonably expect to work the price down to? I know this is very variable but if anyone with experience can give me some idea that'd be great. 2) What is the money factor and residual value? 3) I've been reading about Multiple Security Deposits and it seems like a good idea considering I have a trade in that will be worth more than I currently owe. Would putting that money towards multiple security deposits be a good idea instead of using it as a down payment?

1. We always recommend you target 6% off MSRP, before applying any incentives 2. 36/10 (best term) - .00059 and 54% 3. MSDs are always a good idea, as you get that money back at the end of the lease

Thanks for the response, this is helping me iron out some numbers before I meet with the salesperson in a couple of weeks.
EDIT: Man I'm bad at remembering to include everything the first time. You wouldn't happen to have any information on what benefits the College Graduate Program offer, would you? I meet the qualifications for it and figured if it helps that would be nice on the wallet.
I talked with a few dealers today to try and locate one somewhere in the US and according to one salesperson I talked to there were only 4 of these that mostly matched (not exactly) my configuration. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Would going with a different color or maybe changing another part increase the residual or is that fixed?
I also learned that the Summer of Audi event is kicking off in July which I assume, from reading through the thread at least, means MF and RV will change along with incentives. I would think that having a Summer of Audi event car (they said it's supposed to be Nav & Tel package + convenience package for 2700 instead of the 4000 that it would normally cost and on the premium plus trim) would increase the residual value, right?
The A4 Quattro is not a rare car. Instead of building your "ideal" unit, look at what is available on local dealer's lots, and pick one of those. Your wallet will thank you.

@kyfdx I'll try expanding what I'm willing to compromise on to see if something can be located in the Summer of Audi stock they have coming in already.
I'm new to the process though, are they not able to negotiate on the price as much with a custom order compared to something already on the lot? Or is there another reason it's more expensive to order vs finding something already here?

Car dealers want to sell the car today. You'll always get a better deal taking something on the lot.

At signing, I am planning to only pay DMV + 1st payment. DMV cost seems to be around $400.

$2500 is dealer lease cash - likely part of any offer from the dealer.
Audis do not have a good lease program, in general.

I think the $2500 is a consumer incentive.
But, either way, the dealer has probably incorporated it into his price.
I’m turning in my Q5 this month and looking for an A4 lease. I’ve tasked my dealer with getting it for me for $400 all in. I need 15K miles and AWD but other than that, I didn’t put any restrictions. He’s looking into it but asking me what I want to put down and I haven’t said yet but it’s not much if anything. I put $6K on the Q5...I was hoping that would somehow roll in?? (Don’t laugh...I don’t know leading very well! Lol). Any thoughts on what you think the best payment he would be able to come back with? I’m not sure what he can and can’t play with to get to that number. Location Orange County, CA. Thank you!

The $6K from the Q5 lease is gone.
Read back through the last page or two of this thread to see other payments. Not sure you can get down to $400/mo with no money down and everything rolled in.
What lease term are you looking for?
Best way to get a low payment price is to negotiate a big discount from sticker.

I really really need help. I drove an A4 today, and loved it, but I'm not loving the lease estimate. Your expertise is greatly appreciated on this, as always. The MSRP of the car is $44,290, which includes destination. I asked for a sign and drive with no money down, and I was told my best way to lease this car is to do 42 months/42,000 total miles. He said he was taking a $3,000 rebate off the selling price making it $41,290. Although he's charging me sales tax on the rebate. Can they do that? He said there was only a 50 percent residual value ($22,145.00). The MF quoted was .00099. Taxes were $2081.72 and other fees were $177.50 and an acquisition fee of $895. Oh yeah...and 269.06 sales tax on the $3,000 incentive. It appears the cap cost is $44,444.22. He told be sign and drive is 568.83 a month for the next 41 months. It sounds high to me. Also not sure about the rebate. Any help is appreciated.

2) Max discount for MSDs is .00045 reduction
3) It's applied as a CAP cost reduction (which means it is taxable to you)

Do you think this is best we can get for the A4?
$2500 lease bonus
$595/mo. plus tax, as it is... If the $2500 incentive comes off that price, then $524/mo.+tax

May i ask what the $2500 lease bonus is? Is it some latest promotion from Audi which I can insist the dealer to apply?
Audis do not have a good lease program, in general.

Read back through the last page or two of this thread to see other payments. Not sure you can get down to $400/mo with no money down and everything rolled in.
What lease term are you looking for?
Best way to get a low payment price is to negotiate a big discount from sticker.
