Can you share MF and RV for 36 months / 10k miles on a Quattro Premium Plus. Can you confirm whether the lease credit is only $2500? An Audi dealer just told me there is no MSD program. Is that accurate? I have never leased an Audi. Thank you.

.00018 MF and 53% residual
$2500 lease bonus
complimentary 1st payment.
Audi does have an MSD program, but with a starting rate that low, it won't save you a lot.
Thanks again for the info.
2021 Audi A6 P+2018 Audi A4 P+ (lease returned)2013 Honda Accord EX-L (Sold)
@kyfdx - I am working on a lease on a P+ for 36 months/10k miles. Initial offer was the ffollowing:
MSRP: about $49,675 (includes cold weather package, telematics, premium plus package, audi beams, weather mats and dark interior wood). Selling Price: $42,800 Rebates: $2900 (includes $2500 lease credit + complimentary first month payment of $400) RV: 53% MF: was not provided, but from my calculations, it did not appear marked up (Sales guy did not know).
The current offer on the table is $399 month (need to clarify whether it includes MA taxes). NO money down. $2500 due at signing, but after adding doc fees ($459), acquisition fee ($895), title and registration fees ($170), I cannot account for more than $900. I have emailed the dealer. Hoping they can say whether it is for cap reduction or for another fee?
Can you run your numbers based on the info I have provided? I hope some don't feel I am nickel and diming, but I was thinking about getting Audi care.
I know you do not track pricing, but realistically, since month's end is approaching, can I shave off $800, bringing the selling price to $42k? I have not yet asked, but that could be a deal breaker for me. Your feedback is appreciated.

With the prices provided, I too get $499/mo
Yes, the missing $900 from the $2500 up front monies would concern me, as well.
Regarding the selling price, there is an old saying - "if you don't ask, you don't get".
Audi care adds 1% to the residual, so it's well worth it.

@kyfdx - I just heard back from the dealer. Here are some additional info:
The $399/month does include taxes.
The "missing" $900+ is used towards cap reduction (That is fine with me).
Audicare is $869 and he confirmed it raises the residual by 1%

If you subtract the 1st payment rebate, then you have to add the first payment to your $2500 upfront. You'll also have upfront tax on the rebates. Given all that, it looks like $399/mo. is about right. No money factor markup.
That's a huge discount, pre-rebate. You never know, but I'd be surprised if you can shave any more off. It's a very aggressive deal for an Audi.
Adding AudiCare only adds $11/mo. to the lease... it would be crazy not to do that. Asking them to throw that in only costs them about $400.. you could try that, and you'd still be at $399/mo.

Thanks again for all your help on this deal. You are right about Audicare. Dealer just confirmed monthly payment with Audicare is $411 (an extra $12/month - You were close).
I am trying to see if I can wrap up this deal before month's end. The only other variable is my trade for 2013 Accord. I plan to get a check for it. As long as the dealer does not low ball me on it, then we might be closer to a deal.
I will post back once I have an update.

.00035 MF and 52% residual $2500 lease bonus
What is the MSRP?
Thank you for that. MRSP was $41,400
This must be an Ultra w/tech Value package? That's the only way I can get to 54% residual shown (w/AudiCare)
With an adjusted CAP of $36,141, I get a payment of $404/mo.+tax. What is your sales tax rate?
What is the amount due at signing? Trying to figure out how the CAP got from $40264 Gross to $36141 adjusted. $2500 lease cash still leaves another $1600 to account for.
Also, your rent charge number isn't right. That looks more like (Depreciation + Rent Charge)
Seems this is about 14% off of MSRP and they said they already include the $2500 Audi cash. I had thought there was also a acquisition bonus if I previously leased a BMW, etc. but they said that was replaced with the $2500 Audi cash. Also is the summer of Audi pay the first payment only if I finance rather then lease?
So far this is the best deal I have found but is there something I am missing to do better?

The $2500 is an Audi-to-customer rebate, so if it's included in the $44200 price, then your actual dealer discount is about 9%. Still good.
No conquest rebates, but there is a first payment rebate, even on a lease.
I'm in Las vegas and it's a California dealer. So maybe try and get them to cover the first payment on the rebate? Is it true if I add Audicare I get a 1% bump on the residual, which make it essentially pay for itself?

They have to give you the first payment rebate. It isn't optional. It's possible they included that in your discount, as well.
Yes AudiCare adds 1% to the residual. It won't pay for itself, but it cuts the $869 price to about $357, which is dirt cheap for three years of maintenance.
They just have it lumped in $2500 off so the first payment is probably not in there. Looks like they were off on the calculation. It's actually zero down $540 plus the tax, which makes it about $583. Is it reasonable to ask for 10% off or is this about as good as I will find. I am used to working with BMW leases so not sure how aggressive they get on Audi MSRP discounts.

Anything over 6% off MSRP qualifies as a good discount for Audi.

Is this a good deal? I am in Florida
That looks like a purchase quote; ask the dealer what the adjusted CAP cost is for the payment quote they've given you.
.00018 and 52% $2500 lease credit complimentary first payment
The adjusted CAP is $42,491.54. MF is 0.00038 and Residual value is 54%
The $869 is for AudiCare, then? If so, for a Tech package car, 54% is correct. But, the base MF is .00018 for 36 months.
With that adjusted CAP, I get $471/mo.+tax, which makes $499/mo look about right.
For a $49K MSRP with maintenance included and ZERO out of pocket, that's a good deal. The money factor bump adds about $15/mo, but it looks like they made up for that with a really big discount. Being FL, I'm sure there are some stupid dealer fees within those costs, but the bottom line still looks pretty good.

Any chance you could provide the MF/RV for the same model, but as a loaner? I’m tempted by the low selling price of a loaner but heard that lease program for that is not as good as the new ones.

Same numbers, but there will be an adjustment to the residual value, based on the number of miles the car has on it. We don't know the rate of discount, however - check with your dealer.

Total Cost of Lease $15,750.88
Due at Signing (Down Payment, 1st Mo, Title Fee) $631.97
I agree with the math, again. All you can do is present the offer and see what the dealer says.

An Audi dealer just told me there is no MSD program. Is that accurate? I have never leased an Audi.
Thank you.
$2500 lease bonus
complimentary 1st payment.
Audi does have an MSD program, but with a starting rate that low, it won't save you a lot.

MSRP: about $49,675 (includes cold weather package, telematics, premium plus package, audi beams, weather mats and dark interior wood).
Selling Price: $42,800
Rebates: $2900 (includes $2500 lease credit + complimentary first month payment of $400)
RV: 53%
MF: was not provided, but from my calculations, it did not appear marked up (Sales guy did not know).
Yes, the missing $900 from the $2500 up front monies would concern me, as well.
Regarding the selling price, there is an old saying - "if you don't ask, you don't get".
Audi care adds 1% to the residual, so it's well worth it.

I am trying to see if I can wrap up this deal before month's end. The only other variable is my trade for 2013 Accord. I plan to get a check for it. As long as the dealer does not low ball me on it, then we might be closer to a deal.
I will post back once I have an update.
MRSP was $41,400
That's the only way I can get to 54% residual shown (w/AudiCare)
With an adjusted CAP of $36,141, I get a payment of $404/mo.+tax.
What is your sales tax rate?
What is the amount due at signing? Trying to figure out how the CAP got from $40264 Gross to $36141 adjusted. $2500 lease cash still leaves another $1600 to account for.
Also, your rent charge number isn't right. That looks more like (Depreciation + Rent Charge)

MSRP : $51250
Sell Price : $44200
MF: 0.00018
Residual : 53%
Tax Rate : 8%
Money Down : $1100
Monthly : $484 including tax
Term : 36/10k
Seems this is about 14% off of MSRP and they said they already include the $2500 Audi cash. I had thought there was also a acquisition bonus if I previously leased a BMW, etc. but they said that was replaced with the $2500 Audi cash. Also is the summer of Audi pay the first payment only if I finance rather then lease?
So far this is the best deal I have found but is there something I am missing to do better?
No conquest rebates, but there is a first payment rebate, even on a lease.
What is your location?

Yes AudiCare adds 1% to the residual. It won't pay for itself, but it cuts the $869 price to about $357, which is dirt cheap for three years of maintenance.

Why did you add the doc and acquisition fee to the Gross CAP, then also include it in the Due at Signing?
Is this an offer from the dealer? Or, your offer to the dealer?

I used the Edmunds Car Lease Walkthrough https://www.edmunds.com/car-leasing/calculate-your-own-lease-payment.html
So sounds like you're saying I'm double counting the Doc and acq fees since I'm including them in my monthly payments and also due at signing? If I include them in the monthlies I guess my Due at Signing would only be first month payment?
This was an offer made to dealer, which was accepted. But if I'm double counting doc and acq fees then it definitely needs to be restructured
So, just first payment and DMV charges upfront
But, the base MF is .00035. Why offer a marked up money factor?
The discount looks good, even considering the $2500 rebate.

Can you give more color on the $2500 lease credit? Saw this mentioned in previous posts. When does this expire and is it applicable to all A4 models?
