Where can I find the official word from BMW that MSD is available nationwide? The dealer here at 98004 insists that MSD is only available for existing MSD, not new ones.
Also, if the car is stolen or totaled, what happens to the MSD?

It certainly isn't enough to warrant a money factor markup.
With the base MF (.00188), the payment would be $1040/mo. That would be an average deal.

My guess is some of that $3k up front is going to cap reduction. Ask for a specific breakdown of the $3000.
And, 6% off sticker is below average. Read through the last page or two of this thread to see what others have been able to negotiate.
