    Hi there. I'm having trouble trying to make sense of an X5 lease offer I received.
    It is a 2020 x5 sDrive40i SAV with convenience pkg. 10,000 miles /36 months MSRP $61,495. Zip: 90232 I can't figure out if he's doing some kind of bait and switch with the rebate, because it doesn't seem to be reducing the cap cost. Also, the residual seems too low compared to what's been posted in this forum. Can anyone help decipher?

    The math is correct; the MF hike is adding $20/mo to the payment.

    The first payment, taxes and fees are coming out of the rebates and your up front cash; the $1462.95 is what's left over after those are paid and reduces the cap cost.

    Thanks for the explanation Michaell. So if his math is right re correct cap cost reduction, I guess my next question would be whether the sales price of $59,045 (which is only about 4% off MSRP) is too high?

    Try Truecar for prices paid or Costco to get better prices. 10%+

    2020 X5 sDrive40i - looking for residuals, MF, any incentives/discounts on 36/10k and 36/12k in ZIP 77007. Not a current BMW owner.

    Also - any insight into December incentives appreciated, if possible. Dealer told me today that "BMW has announced their most insane incentives to date", but wasn't specific if they were for an X5 or leasing in general.

    Wondering if the December lease rates are out yet? looking for lease rate and residual for 10K/36 for 2020 X5 40i as well as 2020 X5 M50i. Zip code 55317. Previously they were both .00128 and 58% I believe. Also, pls share any incentive changes if you have them.
