This is bad. MF is bumped up which negates any discount they give you, vin etch is a rip-off add on, and your dealer discount is not great.

Shoot for 9-10% off w/ base MF (supposedly 0.00188 but not confirmed for the March yet). and no vin-etch.
This will be about all of the money they have on the car, including hold-back. Try other dealers too, this one seems to want to use every opportunity to squeeze more money out of you which is not a good sign.

Had a dealer quote me current US Bank lease numbers in Austin, TX a couple days ago on a 2020 Wrangler Unlimited Sport S as: 42/10 62% RV and .00200 MF

Finance guy said his dealership is in a test pool and could give the best US Bank lease deals. Had cash credits to throw at the deal bc I am Tier 1 credit, blah blah. Seems way low on RV? And you do not receive the friends and family discount or the rebate when leasing. FYI for everyone currently seeing the deep discounts on 2020 Wranglers...

The "standard" rate is only for Chrysler Capital

The weird thing is that he wouldn’t give me a straight answer of the Cap Cost with the monthly rate he was offering. He said he would only tell me if I came in to the dealership and talked. Now I’m gonna go to the dealer in the morning and try and negotiate for under $400 monthly w/ tax. I’m sure that he inflated some number to get to $415.50 rather then getting a discount on the Cap Cost so I will probably have to negotiate out of that. I understand I should only focus on the Cap Cost of the car so any tips for how I should go in this next step of negotiating?

Once you have the numbers and are satisfied they make sense... Just tell him to get it under $400/mo, with no more money out of pocket and he has a deal. Keep it simple.

With a residual that is 8% higher, that is not a Chrysler Capital lease.

We don't have the numbers for other lenders.
