    Just got the following deal in Highland Park IL

    2020 Lexus ES350 F Sport

    Due at Signing: $1,155 (First Month Payment, title and doc fee)

    Lease Terms: 15k/36 Months

    Monthly Payments: $530 per month

    Wondering if this was a decent deal, in case anyone can provide their input it would be appreciated.

    Yes, it is a Lexus to customer rebate, applied as a CAP cost reduction.

    Always wise to ask the dealer if their prices include the rebate, before making assumptions.

    With your quote $50/mo higher, looks like they've marked up the money factor, or that isn't the adjusted CAP.
    I was told $428/mo with the adjusted cap. Are you saying I am paying $50 more than I should be? I want to understand as this is my first lease and do not want to overpay.

    Sorry I must have posted the wrong quote from another dealer. With the current amount, does all this add up? I feel like the car price should be little less than what is being offered.
