    I assume RWD?

Yes RWD. What if I only need 10k? A dealer offered 39/10, are the rates the same?

I'm in Houston and my G37 lease is up in April. Anyone know someone at Southwest and Clear Lake Infiniti that I could contact and negotiate a new lease? My current dealer, West Houston Infiniti, gave me some lease quotes but they don't look that good. Still trying to work with them though.

    Thanks!

If it's legitimate, sounds like a good deal. Check for eligibility; sometimes promotions like this are just used to get you to the dealer.

spoke with dealer. the deal is okay. there is 1000 loyalty credit and the so called 3200 is probably used to reduce the down payment. it is about the same for my current car. the best deal is probably still the end of the year. or when they want to get rid of the last year's models

What is the net cap cost? And, does "no money down" mean no money out of pocket at lease signing?

56% and .00012 are the current lease numbers.

I'm showing $315.70 before tax with your numbers (57% residual and .00025 MF). Not sure what the tax rate is where you live, but $379.81 seems a bit high. Dealer could be inflating the MF for more profit.

Yep, I thought the monthly payment was a bit high. They are probably inflating it because I asked the salesman for the MF and he never replied back. How do you recommend I handle this? He's saying that they are absorbing my last two payments but I feel like every dealer does that. Ha

    Thanks!

Politely but firmly explain that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF.

Regarding the trade - don't focus on "the last two payments". Your car has a payoff amount and a trade value. Determine what those are - you might have more equity than you realize. Get the dealer to cut you a check for that amount.

Some info on my current lease:

16,500 out 24,011 miles used so far
    Residual: $30,695.00
KBB is giving me a trade in value of $24,367

Does the fact that I will be under mileage help me at all?

I would suggest you head over to the "Real World Trade in Values" discussion here at Edmunds for a second (and, frankly, better) opinion on the trade value. Also, you need to contact IFS to get the current payoff.

OK will do. I called IFS and the current payoff is $31,400. Obviously not worth it since I can get a '13 G37 with about 16-18k miles for around 25k. Probably for a bit less since that's the "online price".

    Hi All,

I'm looking for some guidance on a 2015 Q50 Premium RWD in Southern California.

Just test drove it since I haven't had an infiniti since my G37, which I returned 18 months ago.

Here is some pricing the dealership gave me. It was an autonation, they refused to give me the Money Factor or Residual they were using on the deal or the breakdown. It was annoying, so I know I won't be buying from them.

    Here are the details:

    MSRP - $43,860
    Invoice - $41,070
    Selling Price $39,070

$0 out of pocket on a 12K / 39mo lease. $499 (Orange County tax included)

I saw a residual of 57% and 54%, the dealer told me it's 54%. Can someone confirm? He said the MF was .00025 which sounds right.

What selling price should I be looking for? Is Jan a bad month to buy? If so, I can wait until next month to see what the offers are.

Also, does it make sense with current deals to buy the Hybrid?

    Thank you!!!

VPP establishes a base selling price and is not a discount that can be combined with other offers to the best of my knowledge.

    59% and .00012 for 24/12.

With your MSRP and selling price, I get a pre-tax payment of $441.63.

    Thank you!

    How far off am I?

    Q50 Hybrid w/ Navigation

    MSRP: 47,345
    Selling Price: 41,998

    Residual - 57%
    MF - .00050

    Drive off = $1580
    Monthly = 380 plus tax / 39 Months 12K

Hmmm ... I'm showing $419.40+tax with the numbers you've provided.

Any of that $1580 being used as cap cost reduction?

Yes, Drive off is around $900, the rest is cap reduction.

    Is that selling price reasonable?
